我的8100有过这个问题，不只热，风扇还吵。打开看原来是为了节省成本，heatsink连
风扇是用塑料扣卡在主板上的，很松，所以heatsink和cpu中间有gap
我找dell抱怨，他们寄过来一套新的主板+heatsink, 这回这套是用metal screw连到主
板上，完全安静了，而且CPU也就20多度。。。。 |

这个是懒，起先没有认真检查，百买了个powersupply.
跟据你的建议，刚才把电脑打开来，放一段40分钟的视频，大概进行到20几分中时，巨
大的噪音出来了，发现是从cpu fan 传出来的，貌似在加大速度的噪音，于是关机，拆
heatsink cooling fan,拆的时候发现了，四个固定螺丝角，有两个角已裂掉了，使
heatsink 和CPU之间没有紧密地接触，我想这应该就是扇热不好引起的高速档启动。
amazon 上找到全新原装的fan,加运费18刀，还行。希望收到后一切顺利。

发帖数: 13042 | 20 1.打开机箱，开机，看到底是哪里响（CPU，机箱，chipset,图像卡的风扇）
2.把发响风扇拆下来把灰吹掉，千万别上油。顺便把整个机器吸尘
3.放回去。如果还响，走下一步。否则停止，恭喜。
4.量风扇直径，然后看接口线有几根管脚。机箱的风扇基本是标准的。
然后到newegg上买。如果是heatsink上的，你有可能要连heatsink
一起买。不过你有可能搞不定。
5.不解决这个问题之前最好别用机器了。省得哪天烧掉你心疼。 |

我的idle在45摄氏左右，prime95能push到70摄氏，linx能短暂彪到80
如果prime95下在64我一点都不担心。
如果你的heatsink比较次，换heatsink和风扇比换机箱效果来得明显。

CPU 就80度出头了。AMD 1090T, 同样3.2G，还多两个core, 装了个20块钱的heatsink, idle 30, 100% CPU 也就50-60度。
一台老的Gateway Q9300, idle 40, 100% CPU就70多度，我周末换了个heatsink，好一些，但还是65度以上。打算下周fix那个9100，80度而且吵得不行。
BTW, 说的都是core temp. |

主板 cpu fan 的接口是 4pin pmw
查了一下大概说 pmw 可以智能控速
可是我现在机箱的一个风扇插在主板上就是 3pin 的
从 cpuid 看，转速也就 700rpm (全速是 1600rpm)
就是说 3pin 也是自动控速的？
cpu 风扇不会一直全速转？
还有一个问题，买 heatsink 的 fan，一般都是多少转速呀
1600 rpm 压得住么？我是 i7 860 超频 |

办法是经常打开机箱，用吸尘器吸灰，各个角落，尤其是CPU heatsink.
一般来说，CPU heatsink会积很多灰，
如果是买来的品牌整机的话，通常会比较难弄，不那么好clean。
如果会DIY的话，自已加装防尘filter，或者买高级的，防尘功能好（自带过滤网）的
机箱。 |

contact surfaces between CPU and heatsink.
Put a drop of thermal paste in the center of CPU heatspreader, spread it out
using a thin razor blade. Do the same to the bottome of heatsink. |

问题是风扇很吵。4个风扇：一个CPU，一个case，两个硬盘。应该是PWM的。启动时候
，CPU风扇大概max，像飞机一样。server似乎都这样。这我就忍了。过两秒钟之后，就
比较安静了。但是一开始load windows。风扇就上去了。主要是cpu和case fans很loud。
似乎是CPU fan不给力。E3-1225 V3，idle 30多度。跑prime 95居然90多度了。几个
core温度不一样。是不是这个heatsink没弄好呀？现在琢磨是退掉。还是自己换个CPU
cooler。看网上说212 EVO不错。但是似乎可能要拆主板才能装？有没有安静，有效，
容易安装的？
ps: TS140 i3-4130。用一个小很多的case扇(cpu fan目测差不多大）。非常安静，跑
prime 95也才60-70度。跑一晚上都没问题。这两个CPU功耗差这么多吗？还是heatsink
的问题。 |

heatsink）开机，还是不能启动，同样的报错，award的bios，按照code，是cpu过热。
我把内存也拆了，也一样。后来决定放弃，把heatsink也拆了，开机报错后几秒钟关电
源。cpu摸上去确实稍有些烫手，不过没有装hsf运行这似乎也应该算是正常，看过一个
视频，有些cpu几秒就冒烟了。
当然，还有很多可能性，不过似乎cpu自身问题的可能性比较小。就不知道还有什么可
以试的。倒也不是一定要修好这台老机器，只是折腾了好一阵，还是没有明白问题在哪
里，有些不甘心。 |

Bin这个东西是由于半导体生产的离散性产生的，由于离散性，厂家的生产的时候无法
精确控制LED成品的参数，所以只好用马后炮的形式，在生产完以后进行测试和参数标
定。Binning&labeling就是这么一套参数命名系统，每家都不一样，厂家都会给出官方
文件说明。Bin由一个字符串构成，一般包括：指定电流下的光通量，色彩区间，正向
压降；
Heatsink，对于现有LED来说，大部分能量仍然会转化为热而不是光辐射。这些热必须
依靠底座带走否则会引起强烈光衰和损坏。Heatsink就是散热的底座，主要针对大功率
LED。
