虽然singa比我快。但是还是没有廉耻的给点建议.heihei.
0) 关键是不要受伤。
1) 第一个比赛其实可以不set goal..just enjoy the party(race)..
第一次比赛只有一次哦。。 :)
2) setting goal也没什么，1:40 对你也完全可以达到。
3) 最好能跑10K or 5K before race, 熟悉以下pace.另外也对比赛有更好估计.
4) 1:40 (7:30+ pace)需要一些训练我觉得对你, 你的那个计划应该没问题。
但是上面也应该说明了。easy run or speed or long run ..
5) 要提高，不是每个run都要hard. 不但没有必要而且可能反作用。
就好像举重也不能不休息一样。锻炼就是stress. 然后给身体 |

They play only two men receiving, and not talking about position 1,2...6
while talking about right side, left corner etc. I got so confused but started
used to it.

洛”级潜艇“海洋之吼”号因错判潮汐，于下午17:30时在孟买海军基地港口外围搁浅
，动弹不得。
据印度孟买市政府确认，17日孟买海域潮位在12:54时达到峰值3.80米，而后一直
下降，在18:47时潮位谷值仅为0.74米。
发生搁浅时，“海洋之吼”号全副武装，共搭载约70名士官，这次事故可能对该潜
艇声呐系统造成损坏，目前印海军已派出拖船予以救援，救援行动首先是卸载该艇上反
舰导弹和鱼雷等舰载武器以降低潜艇重量，以完成自浮起。

上下班路上的地铁里，多数年轻人都在把玩手机。笔者拿出本《马列主义经典著作
选编》翻看着。不时有人在旁边指指点点，有人跟同伴小声嘀咕“估计他在准备考试”
。笔者当然没“在准备考试”，只是认为应该读点马列经典著作，但引来一些人的好奇
和异样目光则是始料未及的。
时下，一些党员干部尤其是青年干部对待马克思主义经典著作的学风不容乐观。有
调查显示，学风不正主要表现在：屁股是尖的、坐不下来，经典著作随手一翻就放下；
心是浮的、沉不下来，说到学习经典著作，总是找借口搪塞；心急火燎，到考试前、写
稿时，才临时“抱佛脚”，摘抄几个词句。

俄罗斯总理迪米特里·梅德韦杰夫10月15日回应美国总统奥巴马抨击俄罗斯的言论
，称其“精神有点失常”，同时表示美俄关系“完全不可能重置”。
梅德韦杰夫接受采访时说：“奥巴马总统在联合国列举了人类面临的威胁和挑战，
按照顺序，特别先提到埃博拉病毒、俄罗斯联邦，然后才是‘伊斯兰国’。真是遗憾，
也不值得我做出回应。这就好像精神有点失常一样。”
奥巴马9月24日在联合国大会上表示，俄罗斯“在欧洲的侵略行径让人想起，过去
大国恃强凌弱欺负小国，霸占疆土的行为”，而俄罗斯在乌克兰的所作所为则对后二战
