因为另案定罪这种事是违法的，是不可能通过总统命令来推行的。只有执法机构自
己想这么干，它才可能做到。毕竟到底是它主观上想另案定罪，还是客观上导致了这种
结果，旁人没处找证据去。
严格而论，美国在这方面的法制状况还算过得去，普通人不大可能被司法机关刻意
迫害。不是因为司法机关做不到，而是因为普通人没机会得罪它，我是说，作为一个整
体的司法机关。
但正以为如此，也就没有实际案例（美国是判例法）乃至法律规定，严格防范这一
点。防范是有，但是不够严格；它可以防范司法机关中的一些个体做恶，却无法防范整
体作恶。

"I called Hiring manager yesterday and talked about the base salary. He
called me this morning and told me they raised it to 1XXk. :-)

it is more an attitude issue.
