假时间多于自然分娩，显然这样的规定有所不妥。为此笔者建议，自然分娩、母乳喂养
应享有更长时间的产假，这样做可以引导更多的妇女选择自然分娩和母乳喂养，有利于
新生儿的健康成长。
从生物进化的角度来说，剖腹产是一种不同于自然分娩的生育方式，达尔文的随机微变
进化论不能够解释剖腹产的形成（参阅《剖腹产让达尔文无地自容》等文，以及孙晓琴
创作的油画作品《达尔文与剖腹产》）。对比之下，生物智力进化论（又称智因设计进
化论、生命智力学暨智因进化论）指出，剖腹产乃是由人的大脑思维生命智力系统设计
操作而出现的生育方式变化。
问题是，由于越来越多的妇女采用剖腹产，而剖腹产会使新生儿失去分娩过程的生存体
验及其相应的生存信息激活，经过若干代之后有可能对人类健康造成负面影响，甚至会
使人类逐渐失去自然分娩功能。与此同时，越来越多的妇女放弃了母乳喂养，此举不但
不利于新生儿的健康成长，而且经过若干代之后，人类有可能逐渐失去母乳喂养功能，
这种趋势对人类生存造成的潜在影响难以估量。

在当日的法庭聆讯中，美国联邦助理检察官弗雷埃斯（Bryan Freres）要求法庭拒绝克里斯滕森的保释申请，因为他不认为法庭能采取措施减少克里斯滕森逃逸的可能性。
嫌疑人布伦特·克里斯滕森
辩方律师布鲁诺（Evan Bruno）则表示，克里斯滕森此前没有犯罪记录，此外监狱离香槟县太远，律师难以和他联络。
法官表示，如果是在其他案件中，嫌疑人没有犯罪记录可能可以使其获得保释。但因为章莹颖失踪前上了克里斯滕森的车，同时嫌疑人描述案情的谈话曾被录音，这些证据都足够使其继续被关押。
