是debit，但是系统出不来debit选项，只被认作cc。后来结其他物品的时候用HIGC，也
是只能按照cc方式付款。。。 看来lowes买gc这一招也很难套现了。。。 |

Basically, HIGC and Vanilla are the product of this same company Incomm,
from the receipt which included purchase of multiple HIGC cards, company
found one or more HIGCs on that receipt were used to reload MyVanilla, so
they closed his MyVanilla. I don't know what Greendot has anything to do
with Incomm, but Greendot closes Go Bank account easily and frequently, and
independently, no need of any tips from Incomm. Only amex bluebird

HIGC into BB, but you still can use HIGC to buy MO. |

2 using Sapphire Preferred, no fees.
How to use money orders? deposit to own checking account? If MO is easy
and safe (from IRS/FBI) to become cash, then I can buy 10 or 20 HIGC like
you guys. Right now I only buy the max I can load to BB within next 2 days. |

memo at all. One thing for sure it is only memo, it is not coded into cash
register system yet. That is why you still can buy, you are one of the
lucky few.If it is coded into system, even managers can't do a thing about
it.

loading problems depending where you lived. So try a small amount before
going big.

2. visa GC is good. Master GC sometimes does not work smoothly at Walmart
ATM.

1) MVD card ordered online 3 weeks back, loaded 1000, 1000, 500 in 1st, 2nd
week and today. Wanted to check online and got password invalid and then

card product to steal.
I only have less than $300 value left, but why is it not usable in Lowes? I

maxed out, so I didn't need to exhaust Office Depot's HIGC) the CVS clerk
who remembers me said "not buying Vanilla today?" So I asked her "people
not swarming around to buy this (HIGC)?" and she said to me, not this (
meaning HIGC), but there are a bunch of people who buy VR several times a
week,.., way more than you do.... So CVS clerks do know who buy VR
regularly. |

Since it is no fees and available at drug stores, office supply stores and
some grocery stores you have unlimited potential for free man spend and lot
of 5x categories to exploit. Enjoy the spoils!!!! Load to $500 with no fees

只好搞了一个HIGC来试试水
做好了 以后就推出正牌的disocver gc，加上手续费，

Went to OD at 8am and clear the rack (only 3 cards left), can still buy with
Ink bold, and I know I was probably $200 over credit limit but the
transaction was approved smoothly, not sure whether there will be over the
limit charge?
So I bill pay all the money left in bb (less than $1.5K) to Ink at 8:30,
will arrive Monday.
HIGC is still alive at OD(if they restock), it a better deal than Vanilla. |

moneypak with cc. You can also dig up even older articles about HIGC and VR
at office depot, where you can use Chase Ink to get 5%, and no fee for HIGC
(or Discover GC). All these articles have just one problem, they no
longer worked.
