Republicans today than it is for Democrats. This is not a big surprise
considering that it is the GOP that is the party currently on the outside

Can I take a mortgage mucher higher than 160K (=200K-40K), like 400K for
example?
If yes, is there any additional charges for the higher portion of the
mortgage?
The interest of mortgage can exempt for federal tax. So maybe it worth to
use the extra money to do some investment, like stocks, bonds, et al.
Anyone have some experience about this?

on" fee lender charges--0.25% of loan amt. i.e. if it's 75%, the credit
lender pays will be slightly higher. consider it extra bonus! :p
if you target rate happens to be on the border line i.e. 4.25% vs 4.375%,
the extra 0.25% credit may tip you towards 4.25%. communicate w/ your
broker.

if the Dow is higher, it means the major stocks are higher, which also
means the institutions have more confidence in putting money in the stock
market than in the bond market or liquidate to cash.
Not all stocks will go with the trend of Dow, such as some of the tech
stocks, and penny stocks which operate on pump and dump or short squeeze,
those are not affected. |

conferral是5月份，4月1号就要申请h1b了。学校出具了degree certificate letter:
"This letter is to
certify that XXX has completed all requirements to receive a Doctor of
Philosophy in .... from ... university. Conferral date of the degree is May
XXX, 2013....." 这样的情况，能算作CAP H-1B U.S. Master's Degree or Higher 么

and obese than other races. For example the overweight for Asian should be
