和你的蛋白之间加6-10个aa，可以减少对目的蛋白的影响，同时方便纯化。
你可以在所需要的host里表达带His tag的蛋白，前提是你有其遗传系统。但我觉得你
可以先试试E. coli的，毕竟有成熟的表达体系，如果实在不行再试试同源表达。 |
