发帖数: 20256 | 11 马后炮：如果不是DR受伤，这场80%拿下。DR受伤，几率立马变成零，俺老看完第二节
，就期望下半场Gardener能上Qb，或者Rawls能上RB，这两个都没发生，基本不用看。
DR受伤之前之后，除了第二节那个drive被Td，我迷防守基本上扼制住对方进攻，直到
下半场被INT，已经没力气了，才显出破绽。我迷防守毕竟不是LSU的水平，很难撑这么
久。根据我观察，我迷前三节的DL基本上控制大局，他内OL推不动我密的DL。特别是RT
，是不是那个Choi?被我们Roh，往后推到QB那里，基本被owned。第二节那个TD，很有
趣，他内之前一个drive就开始想打no huddle，想累坏我迷防守，无奈不是鸭子，也不
是Arizona，推进不太顺，一旦上不去，我迷又可以趁这huddle换人。第二节开始，一
般是我密开始频繁换替补的时候，我迷自hoke上来，每场比赛都在第二节，大量替换替
补，他内抓住这个弱点，快速推进，有几个play甚至我迷球员都没站好位就开球，我迷
防守那个drive十分混乱。我当时很惊讶为什么hoke没有叫一个time out。那个TD之后

I have to make some comments about Michigan football. Offensively, it seems
that the coaching staff really don't know how to develop/tune the players,
especially the QBs and RBs. Within 3/4 years, I only see that the
performance of Denard becomes worse and worse if there had any improvement

destroy. They simply refuse to get the best out of the current roster and
instead to ask all the players to play to a certain style that they don't
feel comfortable. Just compare the stats between the snap under center and
shotgun situations.
Mattison is a master in blitz, just check the 2011 season. It seems to me he
was forced to the 'preventative' style by Hoke.

I tend to lose confidence on Hoke gradually because of his stubbornness. A
great coach knows when it's high time to make a turnaround decision. I don't
see Hoke has shown this capability. It's not acceptable that a team with 3/
4/5 star players deteriorates to 2 star caliber of performance. I will see
how he rebuilds the coaching team. If he keeps Al Borges, I have to say "get
out of Ann Arbor, the earlier the better." |

the OC will call the play. Other than that, nothing more.
I have lost confident to the OL coach and Hoke, if they switch the center
within 2 games, i will give him another chance until end of the season. If
they still have Miller on, I think game is over, we will see the same first
5-6 games we struggle with OL. Then got blowed out by MSU. Teams will come

xiaok还是tteo说的就对，Les Miles到了我密就是露原形，没有SEC的地下工作室，他
什么屁都不是。Miles自然还是要比hoke强，但亦不一定在我密能打得比LSU好。
我这个赛季开始前就对这个赛季不抱太大期望，如果hoke走人，看金哈巴愿意来不,
either way we win。
之前不知道哪个扇子乱吹我们AD当年没给offer金哈巴。我密当时口头答应给他的工资
比49人都要高，他决定要去NFL，给他发offer干啥。你以为给教练的offer是想给高中
Recruit那样随便寄过去。教练offer都要学校regent approve，不是对方答应要来都不

He must go before any potential football coach can be approached as he
totally botched the Hoke hire, never offering the gig to Miles or either
Harbaugh. As a matter of fact, he never even returned calls to Les Miles
when he was interested. In his mind Hoke was the only option from day one.
The two names surfacing in the AD hunt are Ward Manuel the AD at Uconn and
Brad Bates, the current AD at Boston College.

发帖数: 3453 | 31 我鸡不管SOS上任之前怎么样，反正现在是这样了，自然不希望再和肯塔基范德宝为伍
，目标自然是SEC championship，所以教练肯定不能选无能之辈。另外，我鸡也不是像
他牛他迷他盖那样的名校大市场，要短时间内招到大批五星也难，这个教练既要有冠军
相，又要能发掘潜力。我认为现在最好的两个人选就是brady hoke和Will Muschamp。
轮个人能力，他们能指教老牌电力屋，能力自然不比SOS差，想想当年，SOS既有内推，
又是校友，都没当上鳄鱼教练，Muschamp自然能力比SOS强，而Hoke更不用说了，全美
历史排名第一强队Michigan的教练，就是他能力的最好证明。
而目前这两人都available，我鸡给出重金是有希望挖来的。更重要的是，这两人在挖
掘新人，塑造球员都有独到之处，Michigan和Florida两队，经历多年不振，终于在这
两人挖掘培养的班底下，今年爆发进入总决赛，更说明这两人在招生和新人培养上的独
特眼光。只可惜，大校牛校斗争多，他们都不擅长政治，所以被挤下了主教练宝座，没
能亲自见证辉煌。而我鸡，小学校小program，更适合他们大展拳脚。

发帖数: 20256 | 38 战术，裁判，赛程的不说了，看看内部原因。很重要一点，就是talent level还是严重
不足。虽然经过Hoke的找人，把RR的颓气消除了一点。但是talent还是严重不足。去年
BIG赛程其实打得可以，特别是防守，结果96号DT Glassgow一受伤，对方无论哪个队都
往我们中间跑得欢，到赛季末防守就被expose了。今年轮到进攻，对他威那场，之前比
赛一直进攻都很好，能传能跑。结果首发LT Newsome被对方DB cut block废了（前几天
才出院，住院了50多天），马上跑工降了一个档次。后备人才，特别是OL是严重不足。
每年都凑不到5个，要把队员换位置，哪里会打得好。进攻完全是靠我们几个进攻教练
和哈巴的scheme去弥补。这样的情况下，跑攻不灵，往往在比赛收官的时候就不行。以
前在哈巴在大树的时候并没有这种情况。毕竟他们OL很强大，怎么跑都行，所以我们还
要耐心多等两年，等哈巴自己招生的人上去了才行。Hoke找的人有一部分不错，但是总
体还是水平不够，更差的是development不行，浪费人才。现在哈巴来了好歹把他们潜
能发挥出来。

界的OL很牛,但是转学受伤违反纪律走了很多. 所以我们的run对弱队还行,对于强队跑不

是他 recruit 的， 都是 hoke 找的球员， 现在的QB 不好， 都要怪 hokes。
哈宝好歹是 superbowl coach， 在NFL 比 saban 牛太多了。 去年不是裁判michigan

麻麻一大堆杆轮饵就觉得麻烦。大概三年前的春天，我搞了个充气kayak到河里划，有
