就是有这个叫做specified additional insurance, 或者extended replacement cost
25% 要不要有点纠结

自己感觉没事不过还是想问问有经验的人.毕竟 GEICO 和 LIBERTY MUTUAL 是两个不同

他们帮客人找保险公司，比价钱而已。比如他们承销home site的homeowner insurance
之类的。在我印象中似乎还没有见过Geico是insurer的保单。
具体各项都是保什么的得问保险公司，500K的房子要看保多少个人财产了，个人财产保
额不同，premium查不少呢。我个人觉得七八百块都正常吧。 |

不是所有broker，或银行做pre-approval都要pull credit，shop around一下吧。
一般，pre-approval的时候还不确定能否拿到房子呢，没有确定的宅子，保险公司也没
办法给quote。不买保险的话，是根本不会有declaration page的。但下offer的时候谁
会去买homeowner ins呀？
这个帮LZ开pre-approval letter的agent要求的文件颇不make sence。 |

insurance是statefarm，去年收到房贷公司的信，说这个保险没付钱什么的，我打电话
问上次那个代理，她说让我问保险公司，只要保险公司说没问题就行。我打电话问
statefarm，说没问题。于是没再管。
今年前一阵又收到房贷公司的信，又说这个保险没付钱，说他们代付了，比较贵，让我
们自己联系。因为有过去年的经验，我没太在意，只给上次那个华人代理打电话留了个
言，她也没回。
今天又收到statefarm的信，说我们这个homeowner insurance欠费，再不交就要被
cancel了。
想请教一下，这个保险到底该谁付钱？我们以前每年交房贷，好像没有额外再付过这个
费阿？就是做完这个refinance之后总遇到这个问题，不知道咋回事。应该怎么办？ |

我的房子在水下的话，没有多少DOWNPAYMENT，我也盼着FORECLOSE，WALKOUT多好。比
如50万买的，2万DOWNPAYMENT，住了5年，交了PRINCIPAL 5000，现在只值35万，
还卖不掉，不如FORECLOSE算了，要不还要还47。5的贷款，房子只值35，给银行打工啊，
住5年大房也不错了。 |

目前我买的房子在 COUNTY 的记录里面总估价$39万, 其中包括地价 7万。净房价32万
左右。
小区的在售房价跟COUNTY的估价接近。
现在买 HOMEOWNER INSURANCE，保险公司输入基本房屋信息以后，DWELLING 的
COVERAGE 都自动QUOTE在60万左右。高出COUNTY 评估的1倍！！ 问了两家保险公司都
差不多。 解释说是房子的 REBULIT 的成本就得要这么多，不管市场成交价和COUNTY评
估价格是多少。 这样的话保险费就贵了不少。
另外，向 LIBERTY MUTUAL 要QUOTE， 对方说你自己随便报一个 DWELLING COVERAGE就
按你说的AMOUNT给保险。 这个似乎太不严谨了？ 真要是到 CLAIM 的时候是不是有问
