也支持这点.
但是如果全国范围禁枪,其对犯罪率的下降是非常明显的.
一个简单的数据就是在发达国家内,不禁枪的美国的homicide率是最高的.欧洲加拿大日
本的
homicide率要比美国低很多. |

09分被送至昌平区中西医结合医院，晚10点55分，雷洋经医院抢救无效死亡。
网上消息显示，警方人员从位昌平的一家足疗店将雷洋带走。根据警方通报的情况
，除了雷洋，还有5人因涉嫌协助组织卖淫罪被昌平警方依法采取刑事强制措施。据说
警方的车辆载着雷洋前往派出所的过程中，雷洋从车上跳下，跑到了附近的龙锦苑东五
区。
一位目击者还原了雷洋被抓时的情况：“5月7日晚9点多，我散步回来时看见他倒
在地上，当时现场经围了一二十个人，他一直在喊‘救命啊救命啊’”。或许是因为抓
嫖的警察身着便衣，雷洋曾经呼喊“假警察”“抢劫”，有人见状拨打了110电话。附
