water hoping to soften it up. After multiple attempts at this, it never
softened. Doesn't appear to be crystalized, just has a very waxy texture. My
inlaws raise bees and we've eaten a lot of honey, but this is unlike
anything I've ever experienced. The taste is okay but I'm not sure what to
do with it. Using it is like trying to chip parafin wax out of the jar. I'm
thinking about just throwing it away.

你买的这个是raw honey，就是没有被过滤过的蜂蜜，里面应该是有些蜂蜡的，但是不
应该太多。
采蜂蜜的时候，是把蜂巢从蜂箱里取出来，然后绞碎，然后稍微离心一下，把大块的碎
蜂窝拿掉，得到的产品就是粗蜂蜜。他们这些号称健康的raw honey就是这一步的产品。
便宜些的工业生产是要把粗蜂蜜再过滤一下，把里面的固体物质，包括小块的碎蜂蜡，
蜂胶，花粉基本都去掉，留下纯液态的蜂蜜，一般还加热一下。
粗蜂蜜因为本身含固体颗粒，相当于晶核，里面的葡萄糖很容易结晶，所以经常就是部
分固化，跟砂糖似的（质地更像吸潮结块的红糖）。这也是那些自然爱好者追求的一种
外观。实际上蜂蜜放久了都是至少半瓶结晶的葡萄糖。 |
