there? then the card is for car rental, insurance, gas, hotel, food, and
tips. you'd better confirm with hr beforehand.

We have very similar experience.
(1) I also had one bad experience with GE R@D.
(2) I also had one interview, after which I was claimed to be too technical.

不过他们既然让我过去了，估计也不care了。
HR面试更搞笑，本来我都准备好了behavior的问题了。谁知道HR只带来了relocation
的费用list。
看下周了。
另外告诉大叫好消息。现在市场真的好起来了。

定位：不做那种high-fiedality simulation(什么都精确到99.5%)， 4-5个人也做不了
这种。 只做一些适合operator training的那种， 要求较低。
酬劳：没有工资。 我自己都是那别人工资的， 没钱发给别人发工资。 很多中国都喜
欢先谈钱再做事， 这些人请绕道。 唯一的酬劳是股份和分红。
人资
1. chemical engineer，需要对scientific programming有经验， 来做model, 例如温
度计算。我以前是做这方面的， 很有经验。
2. control engineer, 需要熟悉各种DCS和PLC系统(Rockwell, Honeywell,ABT, Delta
-V...), 来复制客户的control system. 我对这个板块只是一知半解
3. software engineer, 需要熟悉OPC， 来负责其他相应程序的开发， 例如复制客户
的GUI或HMI。我对这个板块只是一知半解 |

了。这公司是个做设备的公司，码工不算公司的核心（其核心技术，可说独次一家，客
户有 IBM， Honeywell 等），公司本来就给得低薪多，码工比起其它公司更低了。
这公司经营部善也是事实，因为 CEO 基本上把公司交给他老朋友的儿子（一个花花公
子）管理，到1998年底，还在我等待“排期时”，公司就被另一家公司低价收购， 我
老人家为防并购后被裁，就到另一家公司去上班并办了第二个 H1B ， 五个月后， 公
司合并完成，他们发现我做的活还很有用， 就找我回去。。。
到 2000年初，这合并后的公司再被第三家公司收购，可我到 2000年中就拿到绿卡，另
找高就。。。
