米地10年前的价钱，而且那种房间平时住的也就卡车司机，现在40刀的hotel就更难找
了，正因为这样，才会有airbnb的兴起。
Hotel的运行成本是很高的，先不说real estate, commercial loan的价钱,光州的
hotel tax, 打扫卫生的大妈，外面的巡逻的保安，洗床单的钱一天就要20多刀一间了
，我老这么多年无数次road trip从来没在荒郊野外住上过40刀的hotel,最便宜的都是
60多刀，那还是在Pennsylvania那种山区的小旅馆。
不过我相信40多刀的hotel肯定是有的，因为高速上到处都是前面XXmiles,39.99 motel
,不过进去一看，全说没了，只有69.99的，不过是king bed...
美国对大多数老中来说是个很苦鳖的地方，我想THR要能在福州大学教化学的话，也不

上的hotel，然后claim $100的reimbursement么，还是要打电话给这个卡，让CS帮忙订
？这句号看不懂“Credit must be used during original reservation”，订房间的
时候就有这个100 credit了？

我11月回国，打算在香港呆4天，顺便申请回美签证 （或者说倒过来，申请回美签证，
顺便玩4天）
妈妈会过来陪我一起玩。
作乐hotel的research,比较中意以下几家。 麻烦大家提点建议。
位置都在九龙，因为朋友说住那边比较便宜点）
价格我在expedia上看的，都在120刀左右一晚。携程上也基本是review还不错地。
俺的诉求就是干净安全，交通方便，服务生不凶恶。

发帖数: 1870 | 19 12月19日在orbitz.com上用$35 off 2 nights的coupon订了LA Alhambra区的Hotel Raymond两间房两夜。总价格是$141.32－$35 * 2＝$71.32。其实也并非完全是贪图小便宜，因为该旅馆在orbitz上赫然被列为2 star，俨然和Comfort Inn，Days Inn这些知名连锁平起平坐，当时还认为是搞到了个deal。
12月24日大晚上去check in，进门就发现不对，跟以往住过的2 star hotel大相境庭，这个Hotel Raymond压根没什么正规的前台registration，俨然就是个family motel，老板是个六十来岁的美国老头，自己和他老婆就住在把门的一间。更令人措愕的是，该旅馆竟然没有独立卫生间浴室，一层楼十来间男女公用一个。我ft，以前看网上说这个hotel那个hotel的名不符实，难道还有比这个Hotel Raymond更过分的么？有star的旅馆最基本的一条就是有独立卫生间浴室吧？各个机构对star rating虽有不同标准，但也不能像orbitz这么离谱吧？？

我下周要去签申根签证去巴黎玩。申根签证要求提交hotel fax过来的room
reservation
confirmation, 但是因为我会住在同学家，所以我想book hotel然后再cancel掉 ，有
没有人有
类似的经历帮我推荐几个巴黎的有free cancellation的hotel呢？因为我要book 18天
的hotel，
deposit很多钱，所以我希望找到可信的hotel,cancel后一定可以把钱拿回来。多谢各

一个是在165 Phillip Street, Sydney NSW 2000(Hotel A)
一个是在7-9 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Hotel B)
Hotel B(Travelodge Wynyard Sydney Hotel)是四星, A(Travelodge Phillip Street
Sydney City Hotel)是三星,
A有厨房和微波炉, B有buffet早餐, 好像价格都差不多.
我在想如果我们(两大人和一个一岁小孩), 选哪个比较好?
我们可能就是逛逛悉尼, 唐人街, 感受一下澳洲生活, 最好
安静点, 安全点, 我知道这两个交通都还不错, 旁边就是火车站.
下个月底就到悉尼了. |

从没住过，请问有住过的同学吗，觉怎么样，跟一般的hotel有什么差别？
或者有没有还可以的hotel在10月29 30日有促销活动吗？现在查下来，周五都很贵。
另外，las vegas还有生日免费的buffet吗，yelp上说todai关门了。

但是priceline没划钱, 而且明确说住店的时候由hotel直接刷钱. 结果check-in的
时候店家没要我的信用卡, 我自己也没想起来. check-out的时候只还了房卡, 店家
就说all set了, 又没想起来交钱的事. 等我飞回家了才想起来好像不对劲. 现在过
去一周了, 信用卡上还没有这笔bill, 而且连pre-authorized的好像也没有...
hotel应该不会成心打算让我白住吧. 觉得不合适, 谁有过类似经验, 知道怎么交钱
的么? 找priceline还是hotel?
前几周还一样的在priceline定过hotel, 都是check-in的时候刷信用卡. 这次前台
没提醒自己也没想起来... |

这几天看到不少人也发帖想转让priceline的预订，所以生出这个转让专帖的想法。
－有HOTEL房间需要转让的同学可以在此跟帖，我会把大家的信息都整理出来都放在主

－有需要HOTEL房间的同学可以看看有没有你需要的房间，一般bid到的价钱都已经不高
，加上转让肯定还会有折价，很划算。

可以给Hotel打电话，会Refund住宿费。 如果不承认，可以和Local Health Dept 联系

I am booking the hotel and it is kind of sad to find some hotels like Rose
Garden Inn, Bancroft Hotel, Durant Hotel will not have room during that time
