昨天在看一个youtube video的时候写了下面反驳日本观点的comments。
我基本上是基于一个新西兰的法律硕士论文（http://ir.canterbury.ac.nz/bitstream/10092/4085/1/thesis_fulltext.pdf）。
这篇论文的长处在于它用英文从国际法的角度来分析问题，而往往
中国人知道历史的不知道法律，知道法律的不怎么会英文。所以如果
