发帖数: 3433 | 2 今年我们家老大爬山一直背这个REI自己的hydration pack，她一直很喜欢，有点长大
了的感觉。但是这个包有个很严重的问题，因为它的hydration系统是Nalgene的，等那
个咬嘴的Valve被咬破以后（小孩子喜欢咬，难免的）很难找到相应替换的零件，REI卖
的小零件都是camelbak的，不是很能配上。给小孩买的话千万不要买这个。
我去REI了好几次，买了好几次不同的零件回来都配不上去，他们也没有什么办法。今
天我专门把包也带过去了，店员试了半天之后提出来说没办法，要不他们可以把整个水
袋拿出来，免费换个业界标准的camelbak水袋。后来我说太麻烦了，他们就让我干脆把
这个旧的退掉了，重新换了一个新的camelback牌子的类似的小包。这下就好多了，各
种各样的配件都有，坏了也容易换。

or day hiking. Next cheapest I found was $45 shipped from same seller on
eBay, and $53 shipped from same seller on Amazon.

发帖数: 22800 | 5 不知道大家用的着不。。一般1-2个小时好像没必要带水，还麻烦，在城市里跑也没啥
必要，反正到处都有饮水机。如果跑trail，跑上4-5个小时，可以考虑上一个，这个
pack在不少跑步论坛上大量人推荐的。偶先屯一个，有一个1L的camelbak，还没有机会
用上呢。。。毕竟跑的路程太短了。大家，有需要的就上吧。

find that I was peeing blood (it was pink). went to the urgent care
immediately. they took my urine sample, no sign of kidney infection. the
doctor thought the bleeding may be due to bouncing of an empty bladder,
though it is to be confirmed with ultrasound next week (to prove that there
is no kidney stone). In any case, it was a bit of a scare. the lesson is,
take hydration seriously. |

量多次，一定要做到没有口渴感。人体如果dehydrated，一小时能吸收的水分是非常有

Cammelbak不错 （美国军方的装备）， 我用过几个， 你可以选择 volume, 还有有些
就是内胆， 有些带个 backpack. 你可以买个内胆， 再买个鸟包， razor 10, 20 for
cycling or climbing. 或者， 大的鸟包放里面 for hiking. 这个主要用来有计划补
水 |
