三、毛泽东治国思想的形成
“建国”初期，毛因为是绝对科盲，以为苏联模式代表了“客观规律”，而斯大林则是
真理的人格化，因此全面“以俄为师”，忠实地按苏联模式建国。就连所谓“过渡时期
”（亦即从“新民主主义阶段”过渡到“社会主义阶段”）的长短，都是按照苏俄从内

苏联实行的是专家治国，“向苏联学习”（这是当时压倒一切的口号）自然也就是学这

全面照搬“苏联先进经验”，按苏联“理性计划经济”模式管理经济；二是工业主要由
刘少奇、周恩来、陈云一干正常人负责，毛基本没有介入；三是赫鲁晓夫慷慨援建了１
４０多个大型工业项目，而苏联专家是说一不二的太上皇（毛下令凡中方和苏联专家发
生争论，中方要一律“有理三扁担，无理扁担三”），虽然这使中国人丧失了民族尊严
，毕竟也使文盲痞子党委书记的瞎指挥无以施其伎。中国的重工业框架就是那段期间奠

２、农业
毛泽东对农业的“管理”主要有两方面内容，一是改造农村经济生产结构，二是制定农
业生产方针。前者包括土改和农业集体化（最后发展到公社化），后者包括制定“八字
宪法” 、大跃进、以及“农业学大寨”。
１）土改
土改和农业集体化都是从苏联主子那儿抄袭过来的，不过毛有自己的独创。
布党和中共的一个重大区别，就是它秉承马克思的思路，重视无产阶级，鄙视甚至敌视
农民。马克思把农民看成是“农村白痴生活的囚犯”（"Prisoners of the idiocy of
rural life"），布党沿袭这一思维定式，把农民看成是危险的反动派。所谓“工农联
盟”的口号完全是一种统战策略，而“消灭城乡差别和工农差别”才是布党的远期奋斗
目标。
毛也常常叫嚷“消灭城乡差别和工农差别”，但他和洋祖宗的用意恰好相反。布党的意
思是改变农村的落后反动的生产方式，使得农民变成使用先进的大机器生产的农业无产

people by their race. Is this really how we want to educate our future
