easily removed from rental car. You can buy the sticker, but use a tape to
stick it on window.
My understanding is if there is not transponder/sticker on the car, they
will scan the plate and charge on rental company. If you have sunpass, it
will charge on sunpass. You need to add rental car to your sunpass account
incase tollboth did not scan your sunpass, so it still charge on your
account.

Usually, each state's Game and Fish Department, or DNR in some state(It's
the same department that sells you your fishing and hunting license) will
maintain several free outdoor shooting range for general publick to practice.
You should go to your state's fish and game department or DNR web site, and
it should be listed under hunting section.
