下面， 靠后轱辘的部位有两道划痕， 大约各4寸长。问题是我不知道是什么时候被划
的，总之被人家扣下要理赔。
我因为平时没车，没保险，只好用信用卡理赔。现在信用卡公司要Incident Report。
大家知道我应该找谁要这个么？ 是租车公司呢？ 还是要重新联系警察，出这个
Incident Report？

学校的director，老师都挺好的，设施也好，孩子很喜欢。
可是有一点我很担心，才上了一个月，就收到了三起incident report。
第一个是第一周收到的，说是有个小朋友把妞的脸抓了，我们去接她的时候看了，已经
看不出来了，跟老师说了下，了解了下情况，就算了。
第二个是第二周收到的，这个很惨烈。说是妞走到另外一个小朋友正在摇的小马边上，
然后撞到了，摔倒了，流了鼻血。这是妞第一次负伤，第一次流鼻血。小马很矮啊，比
她矮，也不知道她怎么摔的。问了老师了，说当时冰敷了。去接她的时候已经止血了，
但是两个鼻孔里面都是干了的血，好可怜。
我们就跟director也谈了下，说这个频率好像高了点。希望她们能稍微注意下。可能是
我们孩子刚到新环境，玩具太多不熟悉，希望能稍微关注下。
休息了一个多礼拜没事，昨天又收到了第三个。
这个是说手被别的小朋友给咬了，留了红印子。我们去接的时候她的老师都走了，她在
隔壁班上玩的不亦乐乎，也就没提了。
不知道两岁的娃在daycare是不是都这么事件频发？有什么办法或者我们应该做些什么
能够让老师对她多关注点。

DAY CARE出具的incident report上写的是outside playing, bump his cheek and
skach his eye. First Aid provided. 但没有任何DETAIL。LP急于接孩子，没找到当
事老师，只听另一个老师说是撞到一个什么SHELF，也不知是铁的还是木头的。这是在

小朋友抓了一道，我们还特别和校长，老师谈过，希望能严肃对待这个问题。我觉得适

想起来前年在东京机场的一次小incident，让我感到美国人的傲慢
那是从国内回美国，在东京转机。登机前排队，很长，我再靠前面。快check in的时候
前面的日本服务小姐好像有打招呼，我前边有两个人转到那个elite passenger check
in的口，我的第一反应也是为了加快队伍，所以那边的口也打开，就跟过去了
结果前边的人被告知不是要分队伍。。那个小姐不知道招呼谁
我转过身想退一步的时候，后边的一个中年美国人却对我说：
you should stand back at the end of line!
教训人的口气，关键是整队的人都听到了
有点尴尬，不过我站了一会儿后便有个人让了我
当时很不爽，因为其实马上就到我check in勒，我只是考虑既然要分队那大家就都自觉点
所以我很配合的站过去。发现是误会我退回原来的位置也不妨碍谁，而且后边的队伍太
长乐
他如果不让也行，却大声elaborate他们的“规则”
这也不是在美国阿，凭我中国人的直觉，转头跑回队尾才是糗勒 heihei
我觉得很多美国人都给我这个感觉，多数人很nice，有礼貌
