“砍entitlement”是民主党蛊惑老百姓最常用的说法，包括O8在内.是他们连任的法宝
，下面跟着说的就是"poor will suffer, senior will suffer. republicans want to
hurt people". 把这个帽子给你扣上，真是白口难辨了。首先很多时候共和党的计划
也并不是单纯的cut,而更多的目的其实是改革，防止abuse，拯救要破产的entitlement
program. 毕竟如果鸡飞蛋打，穷人老人真的就suffer了。 但淳朴的美国老百姓不懂
这些，一看cut这个词，再看到电视上liberal媒体制作的老人穷人"哭诉"节目和所谓专
家的危言耸听，很多就反对了。
ryan的medicare计划是否可行姑且不论，但起码是个计划，意愿是解决尽人皆知的
medicare破产危机。 民主党如果不同意，那就提一个自己的计划，当然肯定和ryan的

最近发现启动时候从P换到D档车身会前后晃动一下，开始没太在意，今天才发现是原来
引擎灯早就亮了，到附件一个小店给读了下code，说是：
P0733 Gear 3 Ratio Incorrect
这里牛人多，想请问下这该是什么情况？修大概得花多少？实在抱歉问这么弱的问题，
主要是几乎从来没跟修车行打过交道，怕被坑了。知道这里牛人多，好先心里有个底，
再拿去修。
还有再顶着锅盖问个更弱的问题：现在既然是gear 3坏了，那是不是我暂时放到gear 2
开local就应该没什么问题？

发帖数: 6402 | 7 去年7月份一个collector在我的credit report放了一条记录，我8月份发现是一条不属
实的collection，是由我小孩医生的诊所雇佣的collector,但是后来这个bill由我的健
康保险公司pay clear了。但是collector还是照收。
我从去年11月份开始写信给三大信用报告公司，其中Equifax, Transunion经过调查很快
就delete这个incorrect collection record了。让人头疼的是Experian, 已经给他们写
过两次信了，结果都是拒绝delete,他们强调他们对fair credit reporting act (FCRA
)的解释不同，而且公司有different policy, which does not base on any conflict
s with two other credit reporting agencies. 真是让人头疼，这个collection钱也
不多，才40刀。
我现在考虑是否有必要雇佣一个FCRA attorney和experian，collector交涉，但是这个

The output file is .EXE file. I ran it in XP without any problems. However,
if I ran this exe in Vista, I got the following error:
"The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration
is incorrect. Please see the application even log for more detail."

法reset了一下。给大家分享一下，当是小小的贺礼吧。
有点啰嗦，呵呵。
UW 做完了一遍，想做第二遍，又不想同样的题目重复做，该怎么办呢？网上看大家讨论过，一个个试验过了，最后找到一个相对可行的办法。
首先，最简单的是找ＵＷ的customer service, 但是ＵＷ规定必须要subscribe UW
qbank超过６个月才提供reset的服务。我只买了３个月，所以得到的答复是要再买３个月才给
reset.
好，最简单的办法用不了了。只好想其他的办法。
最先想到的是create ４６ blocks, 把每个block都suspend不做。但是既然所有的题目都做过了，ＵＷ里面的选项就只能用ＡＬＬ才能选到题，选unused的话已经没有题了。 试了suspend 50 blocks,发现这样的选题还是会有很多重复的。
此路不通，只好再想其他办法。 这回瞄上了里面的custom 选项。 ＵＷ step 1总
共有２０７７道题，想着每次输进补同的题号，比如第一次就１－４６，第二次就４７－９２，如此类推，这样每次... 阅读全帖 |

，regulation还因为成绩过期重考了一次。这次audit要是再考不过的话，真的要一头
撞死了。Audit真是我的梦魇，我重来没做过audit work，上学的时候又不好好学，两
门和audit有关的课都是B-。这次本来是想八月初考，题都做完一遍了，结果高中的死
党来美国培训，又跟他到处玩了一遍，等重新开始看书已经8月中旬了，我是做税的，
最近又变得特别忙，只好走马观花的复习了一遍。
Multiple Choices感觉做得不错。第一个testlet感觉有点难，不确定的题目大概有7个
，可能做的不太好，第二个testlet变得很容易，前几个题目都是一句话那种，而且一
眼就能看出答案的，到后面才出现了几个稍微复杂点的题。第三个testlet又变难了，
前两个题目快把屏幕占满了，吓了我一跳，不过后面还是有一些很简单的题的，虽然难
度有所上升，但都是我比较熟悉的知识点，所以感觉做的还行。第二个和第三个testle
遇到的不确定的题加在一起不超过6个，我估计第一testlet错了大概8个左右，第二个

以前的精华贴，也许有重复。
首先，买题库的时间长度。对于没有做过offline，一上来就做online的人来说，最好
选6个月以上。牛人除外。可是还没做题之前，谁也不知道自己是不是牛人，稳妥起见
，还是选6个月到1年最好。比如我这个非牛人零零总总下来花了做1年题库的钱，只有4
－5个月的使用时间。而且，万一都考完试了，题库还有效，我估计网上转让或者转给
小组的人也比较方便。
然后，就是开始打开题库了。这时候先不要忙着做第1套题。先按照‘timed’ ‘
unused’的模式选择所有division ‘mixed’46题的方式generate test，进入试题以
后立即选 ‘end block’ 退出。大概损失2－3分钟，不过不要紧，这是为做第2遍准备
的，到时候你一定不应该在意这几分钟。 重复这个过程，大概能生产47－48套题，全
部成为incorrect的题目。 算下来大概花半小时时间。
接下来，你就可以自由发挥在‘incorrect’的选项下，完成第一遍题库了。我建议以
