orphan drug 有不少优势，a）7年的market exclusive，b)政府部分和private
insurance 对orphan drug的cover是相当给力, c) fda 批的特别快 （INCY 这次非但
给priority review, 还提早了半个月批准）。还有一些其它隐形的benefit： 比如
orphan drug 治疗的病人数比较小，market的成本小很多，也容易控制. orphan drug
的价格可以开的很高，很离谱。
比如 alxn 的 Soliris 可以开到400K／year 的费用，价格大于100k/year 的orphan
drug 随处可见 （dndn 开到93k 就已经觉得太贵了）
2. Jakafi 是治疗mf的第一个新药，可以说是目前的特效药，而且是传统的口服药，所
以推广起来要容易很多。（对比于dndn要先抽血，然后运到工厂，分离培养，再运回去
，输入）。
Jakafi 目前开价84K/year. 一点不贵。

看小时图很明显，小双底已成。
FA分析：
“The Company anticipates that revenues from Jakafi net product sales will
be in the range of $120 million to $135 million in 2012.”
Shares Outstanding: 130.78M
只算Jakafi销售额，股价保守计算大致在11块，但是Jakafi还有其他的indication在测
试，所以我的直觉是可以在翻倍算。他的pipeline里还有 baricitinib（和lily合作的
），目前来看也能加个3-5块吧。
INCY的Tofacitinib主要竞争对手是pfe的Tofacitinib，Tofacitinib被fda批的可能性

想给老帅这里做的力所能及的事，鉴于是新手，先干体力活
想把大家常看的stock lists做成finviz link,这样一下能看好多，容易比较。
我手头的有 Bio stock/ 中概/ Big Cap/ Small Cap / 煤油气稀土铀
我就是一个list存成一个bookmark,每天花20分钟就能大概把自己熟悉的股票们扫一眼。当然我
股龄太短，很多股票不知道，list也短。
不知道大家有没有兴趣，如果能补充一下，或者也帖帖自己常用的stock list，可以节
省不少时间. 然后大家也可以互相借鉴一下。不是所有的stocks,就是FA比较好，自己做的比较
有把握，熟悉的股票(不
包括中概).

发帖数: 783 | 39 YMI 是个加拿大的biotech，它本来只有一个EGFR抗体药物－Nimotuzumab,做到后来都
濒临破产了。
后来公司合并了Cytopia, 获得了Cytopia JAK2 inhibitor--CYT387，不过那时CYT387
还在preclinical阶段. JAK inhibitor
目前主要在开发治疗Myeloproliferative Disorder,
(做JAK2 inhibitor 的领头公司是INCY，看看它过去股价的走势就知道大家对JAK
inhibitor的热情。)
YMI 的CYT387正在做phaseI/II的 clinical trial. 因为效果不错。trial的人数扩展
了好几次。
从interim data看，治疗效果和INCY的Ruxolitinib类似，但在对改善anemia的效果比
INCY 的Ruxolitinib还要有希望。
phase II 的fulll data在年底出来。 |

2个医药股，VTRX和INCY。VRTX是主打肝炎药的，今年的药批准了，一个季度就达到
400M的收入，下个季度估计还要涨，从几年审批的药估计一年可以达到2B的收入，那么
该公司挣钱是肯定的了。但近期因为VRUS和INHX两家的药效果不错，黑庄门就说前景受
很大的影响，但是难道人家就躺在那里睡大觉么？人家的Pipeline上的研发是一个接一
个，还有的搞呢。现在跌到30块，我觉得可以考虑买了，应该是能挣点钱的。当然这个
市场动荡太大，也很难说的。
另一个INCY，此药股因为上次被一个哥们说三期试验不是特别专业，好多参与实验者退
出了或者人死了，结果股价大跌。但是光头大哥Adam说总的实验还是不错的，尽管个别
地方存在哪些问题，并且光头大哥没有打压该股，还是持比较正面的态度的。现在该股
12块多，12月将有FDA审批的NDA,那个药是治癌症的，详细我就不说了，癌症药总是有
些操料的。但是，任何NDA均存在风险，大家小心为何哦。
SVU这个股票，我觉得还不错，该公司的生意还是很好的，经过去年下半年的调整，现
在基本恢复过来，持续三个季度盈利，年分红4%... 阅读全帖 |
