在这大家帮忙给看看问题有可能出在哪里。也希望有这方面经验的大牛指点一下索要推

independent contractor or so called 1099 base contractor, is a "business to

rate。
不过最后改成了independent contractor，也就是说，我自己开了个公司，好像是说可
以省payroll tax。Hourly rate 没变。
问题是：
（1）我开了公司，变成contractor，我得到好处了吗，还是和direct employee一样？
（2）我是不是应该要求更高的hourly rate？ 高多少呢？

源是另外一个问题。
我的问题是，假设要找Independent Sales Agent(不是公司雇员，给1099）的话，如何
操作？只能让她负责联系业务，最终的订单，肯定是要公司操作的。按照订单实际交易
额，给佣金。
这样的话，一则公司可以控制价格，二则可以保证使用自己的品牌。但是，客户资料，
公司就会知道（因为需要做订单）。Sales Agent肯定不希望她的客户资料泄露的。
有谁指点一下，如果操作？ |

申请学期间或暑假的CPT，在你的DS2019表上注明employer，学校的国际学生办公室出
一张新表，你就可以合法打工了（平时每周２０小时，暑假每周４０小时）。我们学校
不在纽约州,比较变态,要选1学分的Independent Study,所以还多交了学费才办成CPT.
但注意你的CPT是累积时间的，所以不要一次申请太长时间。以免超过时限损失了OPT.
如果与你的专业不相关,是非法的,不要干. |
