发帖数: 410 | 45 看上一个小区，出来3家房子，一家在街边，直接掠过。一家在里面，没有任何upgrade，要换所有的能换得东西，刷墙修窗户啥的能想的都在list上，家里有个小宝宝，考虑来考虑去没时间折腾，就错过了这家。
剩下一家其实是最满意的，里面是move in ready的状况，装修得相当漂亮，后院完全做过，但是问题就在有个inground pool。同样面积，价格比第二家高3万，貌似很省时间很省钱。领导很不喜欢觉得用处不多但是花钱花时间维修，我觉得我们有了孩子以后会用得上。
大家说说这个游泳池好不好吧。我们在南加。
还有这个房子坐北朝南，车库跟三个卧室朝南，主卧朝北，好不好？小区位置比较
inland，夏天会比较热。

，要避开也不容易。有的人院子就比游泳池大一点点，还活生生挖出一个来。我们当初
看房子，就想：没有游泳池最好，但如果院子够大，有一个也无妨（我们俩还是旱鸭子
。。。）。不过安慰你一下关于朝向的问题，我们也在inland，我们主卧还朝西。。。 |
