Score close to 800, very low utilization.
Denied due to “too many inquiries from ICS report, we look at 3 months and
6 months mark”.

ICS/ARS report inquiries do not match Experian inquiries, more like a mix of

现在的plan马上要过期了，想赶在4/30前跳这个deal，今天联系了ken，并收到了e-
contract，还没有sign。当刚刚得到通知TransUnion被hard inquiry了！（from HOP
Energy)。从这个帖子里和Ken的电话里，我从没有看到这个需要hard credit inquiry!
而且我当前的plan，去年sign up时也没有要pull。退一万步，即便pull，他们也可以
做一个soft inquiry或者其他信用查询系统比如ChexSystems。马上要申请个贷款，有

Background: I did not apply for any credit card in 2012 due to refinance and
applied 9 cards in Jan 13, now it's time for another round of churn.
My thought process:
1) All banks except barclay (citi, amex, us bank, chase, Boa) pull experian
in my state. My strategy is to force them to pull other bureas using
freezing technique so that the credit impact is minimum.
