5/15 做SR， 回信说 PENDING FINAL JURISDICTION, WAIT 30-60 DAY
5/30 找了参议员
6/2 INFOPASS， 说 fingerprint / name check 都没问题
6/14 打电话 check status, 一级小二什么也看不到，但是很干脆又做了一次SR，之
后转到二级小二， 二级小二很不耐烦， 说我的inquiry太多，（估计参议员刚问过),
说每次inquiry都需要调档案，会delay （后来受到另外IO的回信，说在REQUEST我的材
料，也许这点是对的）， 我说我也不想这样，你们快点处理我的485不就完了， 他说
我的 name check没收到 （个人觉得瞎扯，回答的太快，语气也很不耐烦，感觉很搪塞
）

可是这个当时提交材料的时候都已经给过了呀，就担心IO不相信，一下给据了就麻烦了
我在想怎么能要求他们重新查一下他们的系统，如果是简单的笔误，就可以改正了，要
是真的有错误记录，那就更麻纺了
不知道去Infopass，IO能不能帮这个忙？

这两个email的使用是有注意事项的。 尤其是3. 昨天有同学告诉大蜜，第4个email 已

发帖数: 67 | 25 TSC， PP, CC。 EAD pending已经97天了。 76天打电话并网上提交了inquiry， 都是
说30天内给答复。 78天副申请人EAD批准，不知是否和inquiry 有关。 但主申请人一
直没有任何消息。91天时又打电话TIER2， 说是帮提交了另外一个inquiry， 15-30天
内给答复。其他没有问出任何有用的信息。想在pending 97天，没有任何动静。急等
EAD/AP 工作及回国，不知还有什么办法可以催一催？
另外大俗名， 不知是否这个原因。副申请人名字倒是不太俗。
因准备到副申请人所在地找工作，主申请人7月中向现单位辞职，8月底将离职。这种情
况会不会影响EAD 或485的批准？家庭原因，实在没办法。
急，望大家赐教！ |

2015年无数次电话SR,7,8月level2接线员误导说final review,一个月差不多，结果根
本无进展。9月infopass遇到白痴智障老黑officer没有任何信息。心想10月有新的visa
quota应该快了，然后10月中旬联系congressman,他当天发了inquiry email然后一个
月后11月中下旬和USCIS打电话，然后USCIS发了RFE medical过期，递上新的medical正
在等待中。同时联系两位Senator和第一夫人。
强烈建议pending6个月后找议员，也可能要一年议员才接手！还有只有议员打电话
follow up inquiry才有希望，另外两个议员就发个email inquiry毫无用处。第一夫人
follow up有困难，据说要两个月才行！
强烈建议EAD renewal要120天马上renew, 不要对USCIS有任何幻念！！！
大家有什么好的建议？希望讨论能使大家都获益。 |

日得到上次SR的回复，说我的案子到了adjudication offer手里，60天内会有实际行动
。但是，现在60天已过，还是毫无进展，我刚想再做一次SR，但律师刚刚给我发信说，
她看到60天没动静已经又给我做了一个follow up inquiry，并解释说那不是SR，说“
NCSC follow up is the next level in the inquiry process. ”，21天内会得到一
个回复，建议在那之前不要再做SR，否则或许会有副作用反而使案子变慢。与此同时，
我前一段时间联系的议员，他秘书刚刚回我邮件了，给我附了一个叫Privacy Act of
1974的表，说我填了签了返给他们，就授权议员帮我联系移民局帮忙此事。
请问版上高手，我现在该怎么办？律师做的那个叫follow up inquiry的步骤是什么东

期间485做过两次online case inquiry；第一次做完之后一小时之内给了RFE，是RFE
出生证明（第一次提交的时候交了5页）以及gonorrhea（估计是clinic给放在了后面，
IO没看到）。赶在17年年底把RFE寄过去。一个月之后1.24上午又做了一次online case
inquiry， 下午紧接着就绿了，而且是体检过期大约2周的情况下。
副卡和主卡基本上同样的timeline。第一次online case inquiry副卡也遭到了RFE，
但是一个多月都没有收到信。期间有打tie1电话，说在officer手里。1/24号主卡绿的
时候，绿卡又收到了RFE，希望这次能收到信。但副申请人肯定要重新体检了。希望早
点绿。 |

I had similar experience.
Renew my EAD, my wife got it in 2 monthes
my case:
1. inquiry why still no where to find after 3 monthes
2. told us it's approved on month ago, wait for 30 days
(although the online status says initial review)
nothing happened after 30 days
3. seconde inquiry, told us approved two monthes ago, asking us to wait 9
days
then I got a letter saying the case is not even scanned (WTF)

EB2--PD: 5/26/06; AD: 11/2; NSC -- 2 cards ordered
We feel lucky our cards were ordered on the 2nd day our PD became
current. That said, numerous efforts have been made before the
adjudication finally arrived.
Due to an error made by our lawyer, we initially thought our PD became
current as of September. So on September 1st, we did the following:

ready been filed， 还是You need information or other services？ 感觉应该选
第一个，但是之后的四个选项都不适用啊
1. Order from Immigration Court 2. Case Processing Appointment - If you
received a notice to go to your local office for further case processing.
3. EAD inquiry appointment 4. Case Services follow-up appointment - If it
has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a
