一周左右时间收到receipt.
8.1 h1b approve.
8.11 收到uscis的notice of decision. 上面的日期是8.6。
俺当时木有statement说明为什么转换身份是临时的。可能这个也有影响。不过俺也不

人。。。
刚开始 听周围多数人说 2个月左右就收到卡 于是算好时间开始找工作
工作确实也在EAD卡应该到的时候找到了 可是遥遥不见EAD的踪影 此时已是收到
receipt后的2个半月了 那个时候我还天真的想估计马上就到了吧 看看网上的状态
initial review 我又傻乎乎的以为 initial review就是正常状态 很可能EAD卡就在下
一秒出现在了邮箱里
又过了一个星期 我终于焦虑的耐不住了 打电话给USCIS 他说现在是正常的受理状态呢
再等等 等到下个礼拜五还没收到 再打来 我也说了 我已经有offer 要上班 可人家没
理我 那个时候我也不懂得可以加急 以为打个电话说说就可以了
于是我又煎熬的等了一个礼拜 状态依然是initial review 我还依然每天都去查看邮箱
（真傻啊） 期盼卡的出现 等过了一周 没有出现 打电话给USCIS 她终于提到给我file
a case了 说15天内给我联系 我一听15天 太久了啊 我才出于本能的问她 能不能快点

前5年 = 4.0%，
第6年 = 当时的LIBOR or one-year U.S. Treasury interest rate + 2.25 (我的这张
sheet上的Margin Rate)，但不超过9% (4+ 5 Initial )
第7-30年 = 当时的LIBOR or one-year U.S. Treasury interest rate + 2.25, 但不
超过前一年rate + 2 (Interim)，并且也不能超过9% (4 + 5 Life)

去年买的新房，年底有个interim school tax。4月中旬deadline，我从2月份就开始催
cenlar，fax,email,电话了5，6回，结果it到7月份才交。
因为折扣和罚款的问题，假如税是$1000， 那
2月份前交要 $980,
4月份前交要 $1000,
4月份后交要 $1100。
现在这个恶心的cenlar，7月份交了两笔，
school tax $980
city, utility $120
我可以肯定第二笔是迟交的罚款-这个不应该我交，其次他搞的这个“city, utility”
标题就是一个伪装，让你搞不清他到底是什么。

2. title company 如果是 buyer 决定，那么你有一定的选择权，多比比价； 如果是
