发帖数: 1 | 1 看到版上最近很多人OPT都很快的approval了，可是就我的例子来说，还是有要处理
很久的个例的。我是Dec.5. 2006 receipt day (VT center),现在已经91天了
还在pending. 我是1月初拿到offer,这两个月发了无数传真，打了许多客服部电话。传
真回复都是在security check,要check完了才会进一步处理。客服部就更是一点消息也
查不出来，通常他们会问做了biometric没有，然后说会给发biometric的通知。现在就
说他们会要求service center加快处理，让45天没消息再打电话查。所以，提醒还没有
file opt的，如果确定了毕业日期，还是尽早提出申请吧。像我这样，现在干着急也没
用了。公司估计等到下个星期也不会再愿意等下去了，又要开始重新找工作了。
还有就是，从去年10月份开始，local office已经不能发interim EAD卡了，他们也只能
把你的材料fax 到service center,发不发interim EAD卡，什么时候发都要由service
center来决定。 |

们处理速度慢，反应慢，和他们打交道要熟悉他们的风格
你们ISSO做事也不是很负责，你不熟悉USCIS，他们应该熟悉的，应该给你提更好的建议
比如可以拿interim EAD，现在Local office不直接发interim EAD，但是他们会催，一
催卡就来了 |

但这几年都不行了吧 local移民局也只是会帮你加速申请
估计可能出了大问题 还需要几个月的时间处理的话 才可以办interim EAD吧 |

Initial review。申请过一次加急，连提供offer都不让，几天后就拒绝了。现在快到
90天了，下周就答辩毕业了。
目前的状态是CPT工作，到下周有效截止。
有没有朋友是附近日子申请的？这个case实在TSC。。。这个朋友名字太太太太平常了
。。不知道有没有影响
另外看I765 instruction上还是有interim ead卡的instruction的，附近的infopass也
接受ead超过90天的咨询，请问现在还能不能取得interim ead卡了？
另外现在再service request或者再加急一下有效么？

可是给offer之后seller却送过来一份去年5月做的Interim control的report。我们在
网上查了查，在麻州，好像如果是unknown的话也就糊弄过去了，可是有法律规定说
interim control之后两年之内必须要delead. 查到的delead的价格都是上万，觉得好
贵啊。我有小孩，可是我觉得只要防护好没有必要搞那么严重吧？？？ 房子是40年代
盖的，70年代（78以前）翻修的过。我们是自住，不是出租，而且可能也就住个不到5
年，要是花20k左右做个除铅真的好亏。。。不知道这种情况下是否可以退出？那个
1000刀的earnest money是不是就没有了？其实seller如果一开始就把这个告诉我们的
话，我们就不会出现在这个价了。。。sigh。。。

我们昨天早上下的offer，中午被接受，晚上12点我们的agent把他们interim control
report foward过来，其实上面的铅含量是很小的，可是查来查去，仿佛这里的法律就
是很死板的要求interim control之后必须fully delead.还没来得及请律师，想先来版
上问问有没有前辈有经验的。如果可以在2000以内解决我们可能还可以和seller商量共
同负担，但是如果真的要2w左右，就只能放弃了，希望能拿回押金。。。 |

escrow 是去付房地产税和房屋保险的，即使你不refi, 这个钱你也要付，所以这不是
cost, 不包。
interim interest 是说如果你1/25是交割日,那么你要把1.25到月底的利息付给新的银
行。这个利息也是不管refi与否都要付的钱，所以不包。 |

different opinions that can be mainly classified as the following:
1. close follow-up with MRI, do nothing in the interim.

The description of her symptoms is as accurate as I can describe (she has
some 腿麻, 胳膊麻 etc lately. Her numbness is sometimes on the left or right
leg, arm, toes, fingers, and even face, but never on all these places at
the same time).
She did not have obvious limb weakness.
What do you mean by "seizure"? 抽搐/癫痫？If so, she does not have it. But
some times (very occasionally, I would say less than 6 times a year in

但是这个公司10/28号有个event，有phase IIb的临床试验要发布。看option 价位，股
价波动将会很刺激。call和put价位都贵的离谱。现在股价6.8.猜大的买7.5 的call差
不多到股价9才有赚，猜小的买5的put要股价4左右才会赚。
根据我的DD，这个phase IIb的结果会开大：
1. 这个phase IIb是用ibudilast治疗progressive multiple sclerosis （MS)。治MS
的market有二十个billion。Teva最近重创，就是因为它家4b annual sales 的MS药
copaxone有仿制药批了。
2. 这个phase IIb的主要end point是看病人脑萎缩的程度。ibudilast已经有一个
phase IIa，是用60mg dosage治疗一个相关的MS类型。phase IIa 和phase IIb enroll
的病人都是将近250。据我的DD，phase IIa的结果显示，这个药60 mg一年的减缓

expedite it, but uscis response that they cannot expedite it because it is

应该可以有一些临时性的措施来控制而不是昂贵的除铅，我理解就是重新粉刷油漆一遍
，使它不至于脱落。然后就可以检查，拿到一个 interim control certificate 证书。
我自己外行的理解:房主有着两个不同的选项，第一个应该没有多贵,且应该是自己不需
要执照都可以做的，也许把漆刷厚一点防止剥落就可以了？

2. "deplead"
当然，许多情况下房屋买卖，双方都会签一个状况未知的说明 disclosure。你这个你
的买房经济应该注意到这些问题。 |

clearance. But I finally decided to go to DMV office again after 9 months
waiting before mine temp DL expired and gave them all my legal status copies
again. After that DMV gave me an interim DL (note: if it is interim DL, it
means you will receive it soon), and it took about 1 month before I
received the official DL.
