得太热。但是Dealer们手头全是深色interior配银色外皮的车，如果非要浅色的，就要等。有点的不明白，难道深色的
interior有什么我不知道的优势所以更受欢迎？还是说深色的不好卖，所以砸在手里了？请明白人点拨一下。谢谢 |

发帖数: 1230 | 8 某天在网上淘古董家具，看到一个Teak Split Sofa很感兴趣。去到卖主家，被他的家
的Interior Design给彻底震撼了。卖主是一对中年夫妇，已经收集Mid-Century
Modern风格的家具和饰品几十年了，现在要downsizing卖房子搬家，顺便也处理几件大
件家具。
回来后，搜到了这个房子的listing，其中Listing的照片也拍的非常专业。其实这个房
子的建筑结构和设计，没有什么特殊的，但Interior Design真的是可以看出花了心思
。特别是这种很多年的搜藏、积累，也明显要强过请专业designer短期内完成的项目，
更是远远超越去XXX家具店买下一整套living room set或者bed room set的“恶俗”的
品味。
我相信，这个家里的每一件家具、每一个饰物背后都有一些故事，也充满了对“家”的
爱与记忆，这些是无法轻易得到、也不会轻易失去的。
如果有喜欢Mid-Century Modern风格的朋友，应该不难认出很多物品都是经典的符号性
作品。他们已经不单纯是家具，而是艺术品了（当然也是价值非凡）。

回来大部分设计费用，如果要走老中老越开的店去买，不会省多少
不过有口碑的interior designer设计出来的确实好看，比大家看看图片一拍脑袋想出

地面很好，但inspector告诉我interior perimeter drain system也有坏处，在暴雨的
时候由于undermining会导致foundation fail，而且现在似乎墙上就有一些很细微的

了interior drain system. 现在只是想问，以后卖房子时候， 买家会不会认为有这个
interior drain system的basement肯定是被水淹过的？
(我家basement没有被水淹过。前段时间发现地下室的地上有些水迹，当时没有买除湿
机，也不知道应该买除湿机，直接找了waterproof company，就被忽悠了) |

8. 10A fuse
9. some eletrical tapes and zip ties
10. wire crimpping tools and 18 gage wires

inspect the interior of your property". 我是才在所谓的白人区买的破旧房，刚作
完精装修（没有permit)，根本没有申请过reassess property tax. 而且以前buyer
agent 曾说过即使申请reassessment,也只是交document,而不会进屋查。真是怪了！
不知道Assessor会查什么？查管线吗？ Permit是由Assessment office发吗？ |
