but in reality, it is not safe for intraday, it may work in daily chart.
and I am not a traditional TA guy. Keep learning it to help my trading ..

So it's very common to stay overnight, even over month.
For sizable fund, there are pm of pm, which allocate fund among
different pm, based on performance style.
you could see pm with intraday styles, hf styles or swing styles. |

竟overnight gaps大多数都是out of control的,风险和收益比不划算。HFT/intraday
trading大多希望收盘前flat positions，有些不得已清不掉，过夜了，也要搞个至少
dollar neutral才放心。 |

但是我无论如何不会相信VIX可以有效模型化预测的。no way。
关于garph的模型的改进n多种。有些文章做intraday volatility的prediction
我觉得勉强可以看看。market volitility的paper有几千篇一点都不奇怪。
如果用predictive model做VIX trading，我觉得那是缘木求鱼。
以前看一本options的书，一个trader出身的作者，
他一次做presentation的时候，听众很多数学教授，有个chicago的数学家
说可以model skew的时候，他也是嗤之以鼻。 |
