就是说你公司开工资给什么人了，这算。
取决于什么样的项目出差。移民局的volunteer工作只限于传统volunteer工作，比如社
区工作，图书馆前台等。销售员，经理恐怕怎么也不能算。考察也许可以算。要看出差
的具体内容是否是与公司运营有关。
还是那句话，不管怎样做，要考虑如何让移民官相信你为你公司所做的一切只是
passive investor。 |

2012年已经雇佣1-2个美国公民为公司工作。
目前改为H4， 不能工作，不能领工资。搬到另一个州。
法律允许H4注册公司，但是不能为自己公司工作，可以作为PASSIVE INVESTOR，收入可
以是分红。
计划：在新州需要重新注册，注册LLC公司。
继续雇佣美国公民经营，公司业务已经成熟，自己不需要参与日常运营（就是NOT
WORKING FOR THE COMPANY）
因H4自己开公司、有收入的情况，将来申请绿卡，很容易被细查（UNDER SCRUTINY），
所以想知道如何准备。
有美国公民，包括雇员，准备让他们有少量股份，自己仍然控股。
以上计划合法吗？如何运做才能减少将来绿卡审核的麻烦？谢谢！ |

2015我刚建立个webstore 也开始做零售。产品价格比较高，网上刚开始卖，订单不多。
昨天晚上和今天早上，突然有3个订单。查了一下，这3个人是同一个挺大规范的
Venture Capital frim. 一个是founder, 一个是COO， 一个Dirctor。而且每个都是
active angel investor。
产品给他们寄出了，每个人的地址查了一下都是2-3 百万的房子（还不是在加州）。
希望他们用了效果好，把我的公司收购了。
有人有过这样的经验吗？ |

带动股价上涨，不知道有没有人相同看法，可能是为了造势。有点类似earning
announcement,我觉得所不同是earning是必须的，schedule an investor conference
presentation是主动的？换句话说他们有好消息还没公诸于众准备在conference上或者
之前拿出来pop up 股价。也许是不错的短线机会，最近观察了几个例子.青蛙一点浅见

The Goal is to create two BUBBLES: STOCK MARKET and HOUSING
By doing this, they want to force the recovery of economy and employment.
ANYBODY, who do thing reasonable in the stock market and short the market

I can see these two BUBBLES will burst sometime, but it will not happen very
