最新的一个。
最近发生的事情，我想不需要我再复述一遍。用一个转得铺天盖地的新闻标题来概括：
“复旦大学学术规范委员会公布调查结论：朱学勤论文剽窃指控不成立”。最后，朱学
勤老师接受采访时，这样提到笔者：“一个年轻人，应该珍惜自己进入学术界的第一步
。他如果愿意认错，我完全可以原谅他。”
当时我随手写了一句话：“我的境界还是要高一点的，朱老师还没有认错，我就已经原

亚的原因如下：
1，耶稣没有实现弥赛亚的预言包括
*建立第三圣殿(Ezekiel 37:26-28).
*招聚犹太人回以色列(Isaiah 43:5-6).
*结束仇恨压迫苦难和疾病。实现世界和平。(Isaiah 2:4)
*世界大同，共同敬拜以色列的上帝。(Zechariah 14:9).
以上基督教相信耶稣二次来会实现这些，但犹太正教不承认有二次降临之说。
2，耶稣不具备弥赛亚的个人素质
*不是先知。先知必须在犹太群体中产生。公元前300年以斯拉时代，大多数犹太人拒绝

不愿亮出真实身份的网友 Isaiah是看着汪晖、朱学勤(左)、王铭铭等所著的“问题
书籍”入门的，这是一些人无法回避的阅读历史。
“朱学勤：学术界的又一个 ‘汪晖’？”这是网友Isaiah在网上发表的系列长文题
目，在6篇文章里，Isaiah通过比对指出，上海大学教授、知名学者朱学勤早年的博士论
文《道德理想国的覆灭》存在抄袭嫌疑。仅仅几日，该文已经被各大学术网站迅速转载。
而朱学勤昨天表示，在恰当的时候会作正式详细回应，特别是希望Isaiah能亮出真实身份

关于朱学勤的博士论文涉嫌抄袭的调查结论

2010年7月11日，《东方早报》刊登记者石剑峰的报道《朱学勤博士论文被指涉嫌抄袭
》，称“不愿透露真实身份网友指出，朱学勤与汪晖存在颇多相似学术规范问题”。报
道引述Isaiah在网上发表的6篇文章，认为朱学勤的论文存在学术不规范，“将间接引
用伪装成直接引用”；大量引用西方学者的研究材料，却未加以注明。同时刊登了《早
报对话Isaiah 》的采访记录。7月13日，朱学勤致函校学术规范委员会，要求“启动调
查机制，辨明是非，还我清白”。为此，校学术规范委员会决定予以调查。
石剑峰曾与本委员会葛剑雄委员联系，提供了据称是Isaiah主动提供的两个网络链接，
但事后Isaiah予以否认，石剑峰也再未提供任何其他内容。

——《道德理想国的覆灭》任选一节的文本分析

著名公共知识分子、“绝对不是汪晖”的上海大学教授朱学勤先生的成名作《道德理想
国的覆灭》（以下简称《覆灭》）日前被网友Isaiah揭露出有严重的抄袭剽窃问题。对
此，朱学勤先生迅速否认了指控，“认为Isalah的指控没有一条能成立”（错字原文如
此，BBC中文网，http://www.bbc.co.uk/zhongwen/simp/china/2010/07/100712_zhuxueqin.shtml），并表示自己在这本著作的学术规范方面“当然自信，我做了自检，发现Isaiah的指控并无根据”（《人民日报》，2010年07月15日）。朱先生的解释是，有的地方没写明来源是为了尊重自己的老师（金重远），有的地方“抄袭”是为了照顾自己的学生（杨小刚），还有的地方是和学友（高毅）的学术交流。那是不是师生朋友之间互抄就符合学术规则呢，这个就期待复旦大学学术规范委员会给出结论了，本文中我们先把这个问题放在一边。

小女子猪偷懒
小女子为留美在读经济学PhD 学生（博士生），本无意掺合中文学科涉及朱
学勤抄袭之事。既然欧洲的Isaiah哥哥已经为揭批伪学者朱学勤（汶川大地震后此人大
言不惭地发表“天谴论”）尽了一份绵薄之力，在美国的小妹我也该有所表示才对。欧
美从来都是一家嘛，欧美的中国留学生更是一家亲哈！想当初2008年春保护奥运火炬免
受脏毒势力和西方媒体干扰，也是咱欧美中国留学生的共同努力嘛！小女子学过看相，
对比汪晖和朱学勤的照片，小女子就感觉，汪晖是个好男人（你看，被别人抓了点小辫
子被那些伪媒体、伪文人骂得那么惨也默不作声，小女子看着都心疼，在心里痛骂那些
自以为得意、其实只有猪胆趁人之危的文痞们），朱学勤则似个油嘴滑舌的小暴发户相
色。在网上看到朱学勤自信满满地回应指控“一条都不成立”后，小女子更验证了自己
对朱学勤的相面判断，很反感他的油腔滑调，更不相信他的所谓辩解。
