，所以需要用1040X来correct. 在这个X表里面貌似可以自由选STANDARD 还是ITEMIZED
，如果选前者，可以DEDUCT 5700刀；可是我看到1040NR里面只有ITEMIZED DEDUCTION
一个选项。因为我没有捐赠很多，州税也交的不多，所以很不合算用ITEMIZED,请教有
没有别的办法啊？谢谢！ |

itemize deductions”不make sense。1040NR-EZ和1040NR的区别只是1040NR-EZ上只有
一项itemized deduction；1040NR可以用更多项。

itemized deductions、州standard deduction的，因为州税高，所以联邦itemized
deductions多，但是州就基本上没有itemized deductions。 |

新电池的网页给他们，结果说需要repair invoice [Itemized estimate of repair
identifying the item, the issue, cost of repair (parts, labor, tax). The
invoice must have company letterhead and contact information]，
我是要去lenovo local维修部让人估个维修价格开个invoice，还是要我自己付钱先让
人维修了才能拿到这个invoice？

按照 item 4 解释需要一个 local static，但是这里返回的不是 local static, 所以
每次 Month::Jan() 调用的时候都需要 create Month(1) 对象，而按 item 4 方法的
话，应该是 local static 这样只在第一次调用 Month::Jan() 的时候才创建对象。
这个的理解对不？
BTW，侯捷的 effective c++ 译的很烂，应该是机器翻译的再手修改了一下就拿出来卖
了。以前看到有人还推荐他译的哪一本来着。。 |
