先说做法. 一般的浸盐法:
1 Gallon 冷水
1杯 kosher salt
半杯红糖

我家的是:
半 gallon spicy apple cider (没有就用普通的)

我问了好几个印度同事，小孩都怎么学才艺的周末都怎么过的。
他们孩子也学才艺，一般一样最多两样。一般weekday晚上学，weekend可能有一两次课
，大多在家自由活动。
而且同事明确表示周末不希望很多小孩活动，因为自己要relax，要sosical
另外这些同事是IIT的毕业生，在公司也混得不错，而且他们都是太太当主妇的
