速度比想象中快的多了，或许和我的背景非常简单有关；只有一个F1签证，只有一次入

First officer cannot see any information other than the website-- which is
always initial review.
Then I requested to transfer to second tier officer --- I was told my case
is at the last step ---pre-adjudicated getting it "very close to approval"
And I ask how long it may take-- she said it is up to the officer.
ANy one know how long it may take? |

Mar.的VB很有可能会后退。但这也取决于CO想建立多少inventory。按SOFAD算，Jan.后

Thanks for your response. Based on analysis of I-485 inventory data as on 30
-Sep-11 released by USCIS, I think there is ample scope of PD movement for
EB2 I.
1. The total I-485 inventory of EB1 plus EB2 cases was 39K as at Sep.end. Of
this 15K was for 2011 filings (which will be from countries other than
India and China).
2. USCIS needs to build an I-485 inventory of 90K by April 2012 end,
assuming a lead-time of 4 months for USCIS to process the I-485 applications

mailed。请问过来人两者是一会事吗，还是说要按照welcome notice上的指示去做了
，才给我们寄正式的绿卡。我们都是学校的faculty，所以也不是很着急绿卡的时间，
只是LD4月18号要回中国，不知能不能收到卡。
时间表：
EB2 NIW, PD Jan 2010
I-482 submit March 2012
Feb 2015 找的议员崔绿，议员回复基本大概在7天左右，很负责任。
March 18 2015 收到RFE，体检和EVL
March 27，card production 然后变成welcome notice. |

到2016年10月过期。
本来想在现在公司熬到485后180天的，现在看来485 current估计要到2017年了，所以
准备换工作了。想请教一下几个问题：
1. 下家需要transfer H1B，那么可以直接延长3年吗？还是说transfer后还是2016年10
月过期，明年再延H1B？
2. 下家需要立刻开始办Perm吗？还是说可以等一段时间？因为一进去就给办绿卡的公
司好像不多
3. 下家可以换行业吗？做类似的东西（Finance），但比如从金融行业换去IT行业
4. 下家可以换城市吗？比如从东海岸去西海岸，好像在哪儿看的说换城市需要重新
file什么东西。。。
5. 我明白只是现雇主不取消我得case，我的PD是不变的，那下家是需要重新办Perm和I
-140对吧？

Home depot 退材料，开始 scan 成退 470, 俺觉得不对劲，要求重新scan, cashier
非常不高兴地答应了，重新每样东西scan 后，变成退550，俺要求， Now you see the
difference, you own me an apology. 她才说了句Sorry. 要是不重新scan就悲催了。
接着开始买材料，另外一个 cashier, 开始scan 的总价 300,后来因为一些原因要
重新scan, 价格变成280。要是不重新scan 就悲催了。
拿着Lowes 10%的coupon, 误导我说申请了信用卡就可以用， 申请完了告诉我不能用，
俺当场撕掉信用卡application. 感觉受骗，悲催。

今年难得看到飘雪花的地方，有没有人想去cascade滑两天雪？
初步计划周六中午开过去，滑周六夜场，晚上住一晚，周日再滑一天,周日(Jan 1)晚上
返回。
如果15人以上就凑group rate，$35 lift,$24 rental
如果不够１５人，住在Comfort Inn 154+tax一晚,Double Queen,包两张lift ticket。
装备可以在Cascade旁边的rental shop租，大概20一天。
如果４人以上报名，就成行。凑group到周四晚上截止。住宿自己解决，尽量帮大家安
排carpool，不过不能保证。
