-time，现在短租在朋友家里。等CPA考完后打算长期在纽约地区居住工作，所以现在想
找长租settle down。
目前希望房子的地区是manhattan或jersey city。new jersey的其他城市也可以，但希
望在nj transit沿线并且到pen station的时间在30分钟以内，或者是有其他公共交通
到mid-town也可以，但希望在30分钟左右。因为本人没车，所以希望公共交通发达，离
超市近生活方便。
希望房间干净，最好有简单家具（床、书桌和椅子），可以上网。价格希望不要太高。

步行10多分钟去Hoboken火车站，可以去New Jersey各个城市。
小区治安良好。有Newport Shopping Mall，Shoprite，BJs, Target, Bestbuy, 电影
院，健身房，都是步行分钟距离。
家具，家电，厨具，全部都齐全。直接搬进来就可以住。电费，网费还是电视Cable费
用全都算在月租费里面。一共是$2,300.00/月。最好是出租5月底至8月底，3个月。
这Apt，适合短期来纽约地区实习，找工作，短期学习的人租。
