发帖数: 82 | 3 三个月前买的新房，现在做refinance. 新找的title company 在title search
的时候发现有builder的3个judgements. 时间是06年2个，最后一个是我们买房前两周
的，都是against builder.
买房时的title company解释说这都是against builder的，和我们没关系，也顺利的给
我们做了title insurance. 我总觉得不放心，因为新的lender不同意贷款。后来换回
到第一家title company做title. 在commitment letter 上judgements都不见了，也顺
利贷到了款。
我当然想让title company 把judgement去掉，可她说给我的已经是clean title 了
不需要做任何事，"different title company search different things".
我们应该怎末办呢？ |

发帖数: 942 | 6 昨天这场球最后巨狮沙比，但是改变不了裁判决定比赛结果的事实。
幸好对输赢不关心，没有浪费3个小时。就像花两小时看足球，本来90分钟0：0巴萨出
线，最后几秒种裁判误判给了皇马一个点球让皇马出线了。谁看球都会有被诈骗的感觉。
我觉得NFL应该考虑以前小鸡的建议，所有play都可以review。取消沙比的judgement
call。只要有清晰的回放，所有call都应该基于facts，而不是某个SB裁判的judgement
。现在有1，2个错误的judgement call就直接改变结果了，是可忍孰不可忍尼玛。
具体操作方法可以这样，首先允许教练challenge所有的call。比赛日聘请5个已经退休
的老裁判，布置一个房间准备好香烟啤酒炸鸡美女，让老家伙实时监控所有球赛。哪场
球有challenge，5个老裁判马上一起看重放，1分钟内投票决定怎么判。这样不需要场
上裁判推翻自己的判决，更有可能公正。 |

unexpected, RFE for judgement, but not contribution!!!
many cases with only 10+ review passed.
IO questioned 15+ review for some journals from one publisher, said google
shows journals from this publisher have bad reputation. (some words like
this)
any suggestions?

I sent my TBD on Oct 7th 2011 before the due date. But i never received
anything back from the court. So I sent a letter to ask them what is the
judgement in Feb 1st 2012. I just received a notice from the court clerk and
they said they mailed the notice out on Nov11th 2011 (I was found Guilt).
So obviously I missed out the 20 day window for requesting Trial de novo, is

或者是 judgement。
不知道这里有没有人怎么弄的，我怎么想都感觉这个volunteering work没有和judge
other's work相关啊。
有没有人有这方面的经验吗？

原来只想claim authorship and contribution, 反正是Eb-1b应该够了,把审稿放在
contribution里。 现在律师建议我claim judgement of others' work。 问题是16次
里面只有8次来自两个本领域主要的杂志，而这八次里面又有两个三次审的是同一个稿
，只是被我打回去了两次。这怎么吹啊？

I just found that many MITBBSers got passed with <19 times, so bad:)
I should not claim the judgement for junk journal....

步骤是关键。如果你的房客是个 honorable person,他就会搬走并且赔偿你的损失，但
是对于大部分坏房客这仅仅是赖房费的一个开始，如果他赖着不搬走，你还得回 court
去弄 eviction order,房客还能 fight back the eviction，希望你好运，这个过程

开始学习nba操纵比赛增加抓马程度。目前看学习的很不成功。记得前一两年管nba的叫
silver什么家伙说，nfl裁判的水平和nba比是小孩子水平。明白人都知道这是什么意思。
