同意移民国家有这样的条款很正常，但不是所有移民国家都有这样的条款吧？新加坡有
吗？难道没有birthright citizenship的移民国家就没有宪法人权的基本精髓了？
而且birthright citizenship中要求父母"subject to the jurisdiction"，这就看你
怎么解释这个"subject to the jurisdiction"了，完全可以把双非父母排除在外。如
果是”美国宪法人权的基本精髓“的话怎么可能可以reinterpret？ |

人刚出生，怎么可能有啥jurisdiction？当然是要根据父母的jurisdiction来定义孩子
的身份。
既然14th amendment本意不是birthright，俺再谈birthright不知道你为何非要把14th
拖进来。
问题是俺没有再说14th amendment是啥有啥问题，俺一直在说birthright是啥，既然不
是14th amendment本意就不用提这个了，就说birthright就好了。

嗯？俺说这个debate说得很清楚并不说明俺赞成这个debate，希望咱们的debate也是就
事论事不要带入主观臆断。你认为这个debate前后矛盾，但人家说的很明白不矛盾，所以怀疑你没看
懂，再说那个debate又不是俺的观点。
那个debate明确说了不subject to the jurisdiction不等于不subject to the law of
us，所以对于那些在14th下不subject to the jurisdiction的人也可能subject to

最近好多陈年case似乎都收到面试通知了，我们在昨天也面试了。
面试的经过印证了大家的猜测，我俩果真是因为党员问题被卡了这么久。面试过程和其
他战友描述的一样，宣誓后把整个485表格过了一遍。和我们面谈的是field office
director，很有经验，在回顾表格的过程中穿插着核实我们的各项材料。关于党员问题
，她详细询问了入党动机，有没有参加什么活动，来美国后有没有继续联系之类的，我
们都是如实回答。然后根据我们的回答写了一份statement，让我们签字还有旁听的另
一位officer作为证人也签了字。
后来收走了一些新的材料，包括：
1.最近3个月的pay stubs
2.最近3年的W2复印件
3.第二个小孩的出生证明（485递交后出生）
4.到county警局开的certificate of good conduct.
5.新的体检表（流感疫苗是一年有效期）
6.我们联名的车保险，房贷

.看来问题应该不大，还有补救的机会，就是要费点时间精力钱了,保险起见还是找个律
师帮一下比较好。

On July 22, 2015, your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker ,
Receipt Number LINXXXXXX, was transferred to another USCIS office. That
office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that
explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the

My 485 filed to TSC and EB2 I-140 filed to NSC. Is it the reason?
