在a州毕业，工作，申请考试，jurisdiction为a州。拿到nts之后考试失败，搬到b州，
继续考试（保持原来的jurisdiction和id)并工作，之后通过全部考试。
现在申请a州的cpa license被拒绝，根据为“sat for the exam with a b州 address"
"as you currently live in b州，you are unable to apply for a州 license".
我看到这里有异地申请考试和执照的经验（学分要求？）能不能大概介绍一下 。
实在是讨厌要评估国内成绩单，重新请人写推荐信，和旧雇主hr联系（这些统统要来回
折腾），希望能拿到a州的license 之后再申请转b州，那个比较容易 。麻烦有经验的
人介绍一下。多谢了。 |

买提名，买选票。而这些买提名，买选票都是合法的，公开的。作为法官，某人或者某
种势力把你挺进去，你就是在为其服务。没有公义，没有良心，只有规则，和对规则的
玩弄。
而且这里是判例法系统，简单说就是法官想怎么判就怎么判。他可以援引这个判例，或
者那个判例，随心所欲不逾矩。这就是司法独立的代价吧。
多数时候法官是disinterested party，这次恐怕碰巧金主孩子出事under his

刘春林站在公寓的阳台上，瞪着楼下自己那辆本田civic的车牌发愣，车牌上印着Evergreen
State。本来是银灰色的两门coupe在夕阳中逐渐褪成金黄色，闪闪发亮，与周围火
红的枫树相辉映着，融汇在周围方圆百里内的同样背景中，构画成十月的华盛顿州。
半晌，他举起手中的啤酒罐将剩下的啤酒一饮而尽，长长地吐了一口气，然后顺手用
力一捏，将不成形了的铝罐扔进一个纸盒箱里，转身进了屋子。这个一房一厅的公寓
里一片凌乱。刘春林重重地一屁股坐在沙发上，顺手拿起一张报纸胡乱扫了一下，再
随手一扔。然后半身躺下，头枕着沙发垫，用遥控器打开电视，首先跳出来的是CNN
