，乘胜追击，又控告了21 century 等等共34个公司侵犯版权。案子的法官是上次他赢
那个案子的同一个法官。按道理，这个法官既然让他赢了上一个案子，那还有什么道理
不让他赢这个案子。
那成想，所有的被告发起动议要撤销他的控告。其中几个公司是加拿大的和其他国家的
，就说美国法庭管不到，without jurisdiction， 剩下的说他没道理。岳马上修改了
状纸，同时发出动议，summary judgment要求以他上次赢的那个案子为基础，请法官判
决他赢。他本来以为他修改了状纸，被告就得要撤回他们的动议，这样他的动议就先被
判决，没想到法官否定了他的要求，说不成熟，要他们调解解决。刚进入商量调解方法
