较了一下soft minnow和crankbait，还是softminnow比较好上鱼。最后keep了一个20"
＋的bass，目前为止本人钓到的最大的一条bass了。
下午还遇上一件趣事，当lure拉回到脚下刚出水面，一只bass居然跳出水面追lure，真是让我诧异阿，为了吃食胆子也太大了。
由于以前习惯了用多钩钓，自己改进了一下lure的钓法，主线直接绑一个float的
crankbait，加一个支线绑坠用soft minnow，这样softminnow在底层，crankbait离开
水底1米左右，可以有效扩大猎鱼的范围，而且比只用crankbait可以cast更远。上的几
条bass都是soft minnow上的 |

方，上来还能制定一些要求和目标的，感觉不用动脑子也挺好的，所以上周开暂时使用。
不过有些确实觉得是不科学还是感觉用起来很难，总之有时候定位和跑步的步数和公里
似乎不太准，和我自己本身的计步器什么的不太一样。而且有的东西和计划真的不太一
样，计划赶不上我自己的运动量，第一周就算是磕磕绊绊下来了。【没钱去健身房的傻
妹子！所以我就...尴尬到逆流成河】
现在在用keep算是第二周了。但是制定的那些计划我经常做不完【我还选的是比较简单
的】，有些动作还是挺难的【有的让照着往后伸腿的动作，不知道是我的腿和膝盖有问
题还是什么我坐不到它那个位置】，而且最可怕的是第二天一早觉得大腿和小腿根的部
分特别酸，双臂无力【还选的是不用器械的那个】。
万能的健身版面！有没有人用这个之后有什么其他的特别好的办法？跪求一下，虽然是
稍微有点效果。但是这个真的好累啊...【可能是面对我这种对于运动实在是没什么能

么out of control了呢。
先汇报一下进度：
8月：143到134磅。
9月：134到130
10月：130到122.6
围度从9/5开始量的，到今天8周以来腰围少了9cm.胸围，臀围都有减少。我还量手臂，
大腿小腿。手臂，大腿也都小了一点点。戒指可以带进去了。手表也缩了一格。但是小
腿是纹丝不动啊。
因为从来没有经历过这么长的减肥过程，而且还将有十几磅要减。 所以没法短时间一
鼓作气完成。这3个月期间，有过厌烦情绪，也有过吃爆。但是我顶多1天就会又重新
get motivated,继续好好吃，好好运动。我keep 自己motivated的办法是：每天看
health 杂志，网站，睡觉前看的书也都是和运动有关的，做家务的时候插个耳机，听
各种减肥podcast. 每天写日记，不光记录饮食，还记录运动，心情等等。 |
