也就是，这个数组进了disk 缓存区了。所以，有时候再次调用数组的时候，很慢。

http里面用的keep-alive选项。
readfromsocket()实现很简单
第一段代码对于第二个以后的请求，read结果一直为负。这个是怎么回事？

3 minutes. Open up task manager and exam processes. Each time when desktop
refreshes, I can see explorer.exe CPU usage jumps from 00% to 06%. I run
anti-virus software, and didn't find any virus or malwares.
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem?

32p, even of a small quantity. It is a good practice to use forceps or tube
rack. DO NOT TOUCH THE TUBE EVEN FOR A BRIEF TIME.
Because I have to use 32P to label my protein and have to load my samples for
SDS-PAGE. So my finger was supposed to expose to 32p for quite a long

的时候不是得标两个chromesome，两个start/end bp，啥都得双份啦
house keeping gene是不是很多都有duplication/gene family，或者pseudogene什么
，希望能避免这些相似序列对PCR的影响。

当然不见得每个氨基酸都完全一样。就连一个人的两个allele之间都不一定一模一样嘛
回到楼主的问题，我不知道有人留意到过没，最常用的house keeping基因之一，beta
actin，除了自己，在基因组里还有起码超过10个没有外显子的假基因，我估计是因为
beta actin的mRNA浓度太高，碰巧被逆转录病毒给搞回基因组了。这样的话，如果你企
图用常用的跨内含子的引物来排除cDNA里genomic DNA的干扰，对于beta actin来说可
能造成很大的误差。只有5‘UTR的位置比较容易设计这种跨外显子的beta actin特异引
物。我看过很多人的文章，包括一些CNS牛文，都没有注意这一点 |

经常在各大job hunting网站上闲逛，发现图像处理的算法开发的职位很少，感觉有一
个萝卜一个坑的感觉。
高校拿faculty又谈何容易。
想搞个硕士来增加自身找工作的稳定性。
比如图像处理专业不好的时候，希望这个硕士专业能找到工作。希望偏向数学分析类，
其一是本人擅长，其二是这样其实和图像处算法开发接近。
不知道学EE的博士有多少有类似想法？
我知道有些人是被lay off了。
然后博士本来专业专，继续找，并非易事。
想读个硕士来增加keep employed的可能性。就是说如果做本专业被辞退了，就临时干
干硕士专业，但同时寻找博士专业的工作机会。
硕士又是很好读的，一般30-40个学分。 |
