当年 ps3 和 wii 同时出来的时候，我对这些机器基本没有太多认识，只是知道都是游戏机，在美国很有市场。我路过商店，发现很多人提前两三天就去排队，多数人对ps3看好，而对价格相对便宜的wii没多少兴趣。问店里经理，这两游戏机到底咋回事？经理两个短句就把我打发了，但是我却知道了wii的玩法就是手握遥控挥来挥去之类的，印象很深，觉得那个玩意会有比ps3多得多的市场。
kinect是有个亮点，但是感觉玩起来会很不爽，周围人参与度不高，似乎还不能乱动？市场不会很大，尤其是这个玩意是基于xbox的，估计xbox的玩家并不是一群喜欢kinect的家伙。
现在一个kinect也就50-70块钱的毛利润，出去住院费，医护到手20-40，这还是在节日期间。如果这次kinect不能夺得游戏市场，估计死得较快。 |

很多人啥都没看,也不是学cv跟ml的,就觉得从depth cam到kinect是举手之劳,好像随便
一个大学生都做得到.事实上,cv界根本没有这方面的相关research,因为dep cam刚刚出
来而已.你要是能找到一个09年前的关于dep cam做skeleton tracking的academic
paper,我给你我全部伪币.
这个做过cv跟ml的都知道,最难的就是未定集合的大小.一幅人物画,告诉你是两个人中
一个,随便谁都搞得定.告诉你1000人中一个,就比较难了.如果6B中任何一个,还要你尽
快detect,好像还没有任何solution.也许有>linear的算法,但是没有任何nb至极的算法

前几天上网正赶上微软忽悠kinect，
一时兴起，按捺不住，实在是太痒痒了，就在Compusa订了个
kinect S7G-00001 Bundle 加S/H$400多,
这个Bundle没过几个小时，Compusa就下架了，再出来加了些破烂还提价，
我以为订单被取消了，结果不出三日，回家门口看到一破盒子，
竟然订上了，自己好好庆幸了一把。
好啦，机器有了，平时也不看电视，得买个显示。
比较了一下，觉得投影不错，不玩了还能连到笔记本上，
晚上可以躺在床上，射在天花板上看A片，
就找了个Deal进了个$400多初级版,
顺手按推荐弄了两张Dance Central和Sport,
还好不到$100. 准备回家大干一场，
打光一试，狗屎，从正面射，根本就没法玩了，太宽了挡光。
从后面射，加上kinect要求的长度，根本不够，NND微软真NC,
好在快黑五了，网上查查，好多促销，去弄了台32的LCD,抱进屋那个兴奋啊，
玩了一下午，NND太小了，想看清稍微贴近，它准让你退回去，重新识别，
真搞死了，玩的太不爽了。一赌气出门扛回个50寸的松下，

有人在做了呀。这个东西需要预学习，比如他站在摄像头前面，先要把它的脸框住，告
诉计算机
这是个人头，然后计算机才能tracking。Kinect那个能够生成depth map，可以不需要
training就能把人从背景分离出来。比如不管张三李四王五，走到kinect前面，kinect
都知道这是个人。

Amazon not adding tax makes it a bit sweeter. Not on par with the Black
