有这个风险。
Kohls并没有规定Cash不能给别人用。Kohls本来把这个叫做Cash就是可以给任何人用的
，kohls也并没有说因为我用了别人的cash而砍单，而是说这些cash来源是fraud。所以
我认为我并没有违反任何kohls的规定。
这420确实不大，但我主要是要讨一个公道，要看看mitbbs二手版是不是讲道理，还是
只是保护一些卖家。做生意凭良心才能做得久，否则这里的买家会渐渐消失。

fraud部门就说cash来源非法，而且拒不透露更多。所以我觉得即使要死磕也该是卖家
去死磕，因为是他们得到的cash kohls说非法给没收了。
bob case我是可以去开一个，反正也不打算再和kohls打任何交道，但照kohls fraud部

，被清零，那是谁的问题呢？你在网上用其他人的k-cash,本身就有风险，就算你用自
己的k-cash, 同样有风险。
你下单之后，拿到order #了，这就说明kohls cash里面是有$$的。如果kohls cash里
面没有balance，你根本就无法拿到order #。至于砍单，那是你和Kohls 之间的事情。
kohls 做事很奇怪，我一个地址什么东西都买不出来，下单就cancel；另一个地址买上
万的货都没有问题。至于什么官方说法，他们不是说了个用GC 买货就不能拿k-cash嘛
，结果根本就没有这条规定。 |

但说实话我很想看看这里所谓的法官和陪审团裁决结果。
可以看到我很少发贴，基本上只浏览理财版，然后之前其实有个更老的ID太久不用被回
收了。
但是我其实之前有过几次交易，对这里的一些卖家印象还不错，觉得还是比较靠谱的。
而且我自认为算是比较了解你们这些卖家搞的这些东西，也自认为有能力规避一定的风
险，当然这次这个kohls cash确实不懂没研究清楚小白了一次，但不能全怪我，确实搜
索了版面没有看到任何人说cash online有很大风险需要去店里用这回事。
我觉得这个事情的本质在于搞了一个deal，然后被商家砍了原来可以拿到的部分返现，
就像portal的返现最后没拿到一样，是本来卖家搞这个deal就要考虑在内的。所以卖家
其实并没有损失，而且一共有5个卖家，就算有损失，也就是几十块的原本的利润而已
。而作为买家，我在这个事情上不仅白白要损失420，而且其他方面的损失远远要大。
而且说实话，对于这次的一些卖家，非常失望。本来我觉得大家都是中国人，我也知道
