Police said Stephen Paul Caulfield, no age available, of Water-ford, Erie
County, was driving eastbound in a 1998 Toyota Camry when he swerved into
the westbound lane and collided with Kulp's 1995 Ford Escort station wagon.
Kulp was pronounced dead at the scene.
