预测的高10miles/h, 到底这10miles/h影响有多少，我不是专业人士，无法评估）。礼
拜五预报说harvey雨量为15-30 inches, 最高局部为40inches，实际休斯顿东部目前却
为50inches，而且还在持续增加。
当然，说阴谋论，有些证据不足。但是说预测失准，那是肯定的。

不知为何老想这几句词， 其实和hurricane 沾不上边的
MA风吹不到， 雨淋不着，地震也躲着。 真的是老天爷的眷顾， MA 这块风水宝地上发
脾气次数有史以来屈指可数。 家家户户的house 保险低的可怜， 过个大风下场大雨跟

Basically there were urgent warnings to get out Saturday, and it appears
