2009年递交的Eb1b 140,批准。
于是递交了485，批准，批件上PD被link到NIW 140的PD 日期。绿卡的类别是E17，(E17
outstanding professor or researcher. )
所以我的485只是PD的日期由Eb1b的改为NIW的了，但类别并没有改变，所以我为LD申请
绿卡PD还是current的，对吗？
我已经递交了一次申请，被以PD不current为由rejection。我又重新写了cover letter
,月初重新递交，迄今又是毫无音
信，很担心又是遇到糊涂判官凶多吉少。
我该怎么办？给议员写信有用吗？怎么argue？
我联系了几个律师给我代理824／follow-to-join，有的拒绝－这个过程其实本来很简
单，代理费不高，律师不想接；有
的还没回复。没想到被这个relink搞的如此多磨。 |

second 485 cover letter indicate your 485 is based EB1B I-140. if yes ,
nothing to worry. Now you can send email to ask if your case is in
processing. |

CITATION少的话， 还可以将这个成百成千次的下载量拿来， 可以放在AUTHORSHIP中。
手段上巧一点， 内容重复， 但形式上不要重复。 |

另外把书的前言翻译了一下：说明是某个行业的专有全国培训用书；再吹一下出版社，
然后加上这些下载量，应当建立了一个很好的证明体系。整天挖空心思，抱怨一下，快
累死了。 |

月后可以要求加急EAD，AP，至于485，上周打电话人家回复说现在TSC的PROCESSING
TIME 是九月份，我看这个九月份上个月就是这个数字了，这都一个月了，总得前进一
点吧，再说，EB1一般看起来都好快，搞不懂CIS的作业规律

文章20，一作7，独立citation只有30多次，因为专业面窄。有一篇文章虽然只有9次
citations，但是是同一期杂志引用最高的，还是hottest 25 papers之一。
Review 25， 4个杂志，都有editor的信
推荐信都是independent的大牛写的，可惜稿子是律师起草的，写的不够详细，就是模
板，懒得要他们重新写了。
好几个非常有名的媒体报道，不过没有提到本人名字，不过都是本人的工作，director
可以写信证明。
一个国内的科技进步奖，不过年代已久，我根本不在意，证书也没了，电话给相关部门
，说是不能补发了。不过网上获奖名单有我的名字，我没收到获奖通知，估计人在国外
，别人都没管我这个第六获奖者。其他的小奖不值一提。 大火觉得我能cliam这个奖吗？
想claim： authorship, contribution, review , media report. 或者不要media
report，归入contribution？
想想citation很少，contribution和authorship可能都成问题。能不能不列

用，hottest25，如果有人具体讨论你，或提了名字，highlight。把数字放到exhibit
里面

don't have citations. Citations do matter, however, they are by no way the
sole criterion of whether the paper is important.
And btw, the IOs are wrong in deciding that.
