初步计划是这样的，请大家帮我出出主意：
周五下午2~3点走，开车到Gatlinburg并住在那里
周六早上6点出发，7点到达Cades Cove
10:30~11:00 am 离开Cades Cove，去Pigeon River Whitewater Rafting
之后下午去Newfound Gap，Clingmans Dome看日落（请问8月21日左右日落大致是几点
啊？山上日落是不是要早一点）
晚上逛Gatlinburg，看show或者去鬼屋Ripley's Haunted Adventure
住在Gatlinburg
周日早上
9:00am~10:00am 在Gatlinburg骑马
10:30am~11:30am Laurel Fall
11:50am~1:30pm Chimney Top trail (看到4座小桥差不多了就往回返，不打算爬到顶)
1:50pm~2:30 pm Newfound Gap
3:00pm~ Cherokee
如果有时间就去Mingo fall
晚上住在Cheroke |

要自己再查一下，不然一个来回，一上午的时间就白费了。
在Gatlinburg那个loop 里有一个瀑布很好，比那个Laurel Fall好很多，步行不很远，
也不难走，可以带点吃的，在瀑布下吃。 |

size, lower the ceiling to cut the cost. It's priced around 300-400k for a
long time. If u r not picky, laurel pond at kimball by centax is a good deal

说实话Laurel pond at kimball还是挺值得，我也进去看过，房子该有的都有，我觉得
经济好了会升值的。根据有没有yard和basement价格不一样。小区不大，一半地是
Centax的，另一半是另外一个小builder叫lot one home，是个customized builder.我
知道centax在那里有个临kimball road的房子在promotion，每天降1000刀，直到卖出
去为止。不过我不建议买临街的，不好resale.
Centax在alpharetta做的还不错，前见天被Putle收购了，应该没太大问题。
如果你在emory工作，建议别住alpharetta,太堵。看看Dunwoody（30338）sandy
spring（30328）和east cobb吧。对了，好像pulte在emory附近一个downhose区马上要
建好了，可以看看。 |

觉得还挺值得去看的。
尽管大橡树城里也有，可是Oak Alley那儿的最粗啊，好几个人才能合抱过来，我觉得
很神奇很有“时光流逝”的感觉，好多树都三百年历史了。而且，不还据说是《乱世佳
人》原型吗，喜欢看电影的应该值得去看看热闹吧。

子非常大，两个卧室被客厅隔开，并且各自有个卫生间。小区环境也很好。我在这边工
作，无任何不良嗜好，作息规律，爱安静。需要找一个安静的女性室友，七月初可以入
住，可以提供床，桌子，最少可以住到十月。我可能那时候会搬家，但是你喜欢的话可
以和房东签约继续住。房租500，分担电费，网费就免了。感兴趣请联系我 puzwen@

At the heart of downtown Minneapolis, close to St Thomas University, E-
block, target center, first Ave, and everything. Really fun and nice to
live. The apartment building has all the amenities you can ask for.
Pool, Spa, Gym, Huge balcony and party room for the summer, and etc. The
rent includes parking, water, A/C and trash. All you need to pay is
electricity and cable.

公寓地址在1400 Laurel Avenue. Minneapolis 55403. 是downtown附近品质相当高的
公寓，内有桑拿房，游泳池，按摩浴缸，健身房，community room。去downtown的
target步行10分钟，楼下有公车站，非常适合暑假要在downtown附近工作的朋友。
房租是$490全包。房子非常干净宽敞，采光很好，在16层比较安静且view是直接看
target center等等，夜景很漂亮。公寓是两室一厅，室友是两个女生，sublease其中
的客厅，但是房屋结构是三个平行的单间，能保证私密性。强烈建议先来看看房子。如
果以后想继续住这个公寓可以8月续签，到时我们搬出去会有有很多家具半卖半送。

附全套家具（床，书桌，书柜，台灯，风扇，厨具，电视……）
无需再另外开通网络电气
15分钟步行至Washu主校区，goldline停车点3分钟（我走的比较慢），步行道forest
park地铁站也很近
apt很新，比quadrangle的好多了，尤其是洗手间，有2个洗脸台哦，早上不用排队。
合约是到明年5月底的，想8月中下旬出租出去，不用交deposit fee了，因为我已经付
掉了，等你们以后不想再住了，这个钱就归你了 （一个月房租）
恩，租金是340一个月，在pershing和laurel 交界，因为我们是续约，所以价格比新租
要便宜一点。这一区也很安全，虽说是黑人区(好吧，washu附近除了公园里基本上附近
都是黑人区），但是经常有警车巡逻，而且都是washu的学生租这里的房子。房东人很
好，修东西很方便。
