最近看中了一个房子，满意度85%，就下了一个觉得比较Fair的Offer，被接受了。
之后在Disclosure里发现屋主三年前加入了Class Action Lawsuit Against Builder，
去年结案拿到了钱，具体数目不知。
这个屋主是一家印度人。他声称当初加入Lawsuit只是为了Easy Money，他甚至说
Lawsuit的起因是因为房子的Cosmetic Problem，但我们发现Lawsuit的文件中是起诉
builder房子的结构，水管等严重问题。我们在对房子进行检验后觉得房子质量还不至
于太担心，但担心将来卖房子有困难。再加上屋主始终没有给我们一个书面上的合理解
释（不大诚实，连躲带瞒，当我们傻瓜）。
请问大家有什么建议？如果我们同屋主要Credit，应该要多少好？
