let me just say that I’m a Lakers fan but not necessarily a Kobe fan. And I
did watch the game last night.
I can somewhat relate to this situation. In high school, I was the point
guard and I played with a very talented 2-guard who was all-district or
something. I would bring the ball up the court and he would ask for the ball
as soon as I cross the half-court line. I usually (if reluctantly) ended up

无论打多烂，每场比赛之后上到科比，下到普莱斯，详细讲解每个球员所有highlight/

攻的就Layup也姿势不好了，有时就投不进，补防的预判也挺牛的。加上动作快，经常

那么就会在要出手的前后被追上，那么这时候上篮就是contested shot，命中率受影响
现在这么打就是利用脚步动作和进一步变节奏
来落实并进一步放大通过第一步摆脱创造出来的空间，
从而最后创造出open shot/layup的机会：）
我180lb的时候倒是会像你说的那么打：P

这时候通常要么是通过一次转身彻底摆脱出现open shot/layup机会
要么是转身假动作结合跨步插步来实现中近距离后仰跳投的机会
那么对我而言因为位置已经比较深了，其实移动性不是我追求的，
但球举高上肢高可以让我更快出手，在这种取舍下我更倾向现在的动作
我贴的intramural视频里面有一个我从底线摆脱防守加速突破，
然后用转身同时彻底摆脱对位和来协防的两个人之后跳投，
这一球时因为需要大范围摆脱，所以就会用重心比较低，步幅比较大的持球转身动作
所以说到底还是技术动作服从战术意图了：） |

跳步，按照收球时间分，为了上篮而跳步，为了脚步移动而跳步。
上篮跳步，也就是power layup，跨第一步的同时或之前收球，确定跨的第一脚是中枢
脚，然后双脚落地合法，但是一定要同时起跳，不然走步
脚步移动为目的的跳步，跨第一步后，双脚落地前收球，此时无中枢脚，任何脚都可以
抬起，另一脚成为中枢脚做轴转动 |

第一就是第一次快攻，被人盖掉，虽然明显被先犯规了，然后同样steal球之后，直接
扣篮，而不是layup，这个切实很提气
第二就是半场前3分钟，落后9分，然后不到三分钟就打了一个12-0，进了二个三分，而
且还快攻，助攻，干劲利索，很带劲
Curry现在遇到的防守比以前更加严密了，现在他的pump fake好像不太管用了，但是底
角好像进了两个off balance 3分，超快的出手，太牛了
昨天晚上奇才打得其实不错，john wall不太好，老是最后finish不行 |
