county 要求买政府的windstorm insurance. League City属 Galveston. Clear Lake
和Seabrook，与Houston同属Harris County.
风险在$1000 - $3000之间。取决于不同的保险公司，和policy. |

League City临近海湾的地方，沿#96公路有不少新房。二手房也多是2005年后的，3000

校选,有无fois 倒是无关紧要,可能你要完成contract吧。如有买房或关于学校的事,愿

发帖数: 428 | 17 麻州羽毛球双打联赛(MassBad Double League) 已经办了三年了。因为我以前只喜欢单打，
第一年没有参加。
这两年反应速度不如从前，单打成绩下退，开始对双打有了兴趣。去年第二届的时候就
组了一个队去参加B-组联赛。B级联赛与美国超级杯形式一样，先分两区打大循环，然后
两区的前两名交叉打半决赛，胜者打决赛。队与队之间打七场，四个男双，两个混双，一
个女双。胜四场以上为胜方。为避免一个超人垄断全队，七场中，任何队员不能打两场以
上。我们组没有超人，水平比较平均。一般是对方的超人拿一两分，其余的都被我们拿下。
小组赛我们顺利出线。可是比赛严重超时，半决赛与决赛延时到晚上。而那天晚上我必须
到另一个地方去主持一个近二百人的大型春节PARTY，无论如何推不掉，只好放弃晚上的
比赛。因为打了一天，晚上的比赛主要是拚体力，而我这个技术不行体力很好的人却走了。
我们队稀里哗啦就输了下来。看来队长还是比较重要的:)。
今年几乎原班人马再次参赛，打算报仇：）。今年的联赛规模比去年大很多，从A-级联
赛的队数就可以看出来。A-级联赛去年只有三队，而且水平不怎么样。今年有六队，其
中包括AJI |

will be playing for Maugus, and Bob has his own team. There will be some
interesting games. If you want to watch, Maugus is right next to train line
(Wellesley) and parking is free. |

MassBad League B team tournament originally will be held Saturday April 17
and C team tournament will be held Sunday May 2nd. Right now we had hard
time to have tournament at May 2nd, so we are thinking about moving B team
tournament from April 17 to Saturday March 27, and move C team tournament
from May 2nd to Sunday April 18. Please let your friend know, and let me
know if this will cause any issue for you.
I understood this March 27 day will collide with Mid Atlanti |

• NBL will develop and publish online schedules
for each league. Match results are posted online!
• For the upcoming season, a minimum of two men

one or two courts are needed for 2 hours for a match.

这个赛季10人左右比较适当。
再多，一些bottom team可能就比较吃亏，
再少，那些靠几个大球星撑着的球队比较占便宜，对那种balanced的team不利。
下个赛季keeper应当可以适当增加了。
我有个建议，要不开个半赛季的keeper's league，现在就开始，
按照大家现在的阵容来玩，（10keeper，其余重新draft）
这样现在out of contention的球队也有事可以干了。
大家觉得这个建议如何？ |

从篮球到football, 不同league不同塞季roster不管差多少，
trade都是非常limited. 即便roster 大到quality player
都没了的时候照样还是FA pickup多，trade少。这是fantasy
里很难改变的一个事实。 |

塞季一半了开始定，非常不fair. ok, 偶可以开始疯狂trade,
全为明年做准备，把现在hot但明年可能suck的都给那些今年
争前六的队，这样搞跟甲A打假球有什么区别？
即便要keep, keep 五个也就够了，还要留10-15个，那明年draft
还有多大意义？阵容调大，把FA市场搞空了，大家成天啥阵容不用
调，啥research不用做，守着一个固定阵容看结果，
有什么劲？

这个不是打假球，这个正是baseball的真实的地方，you can always trade now
for future。
这就考虑大家manage的水平了。现实是，下个月MLB中的contending team几乎都
会做类似的交易。这也是keeper's league魅力所在。即使今年球队不行了，你永
远可以有事情可做，为明年做准备，而不仅仅是放弃。
这也是为了让fantasy更加贴近现实。现实是，当你的球队需要补强时，你是去
拣FA还是做trade？roster room大，大家就可以保留额外的球员，作为trade的
筹码。按照现在的情况，trade是非常困难的，因为基本上大家都没什么深度，
而且能拿来做trade的球员常常不比replacement level高多少。 |

While my little son pitched a shutout 2 1/3 innings to secure a next game in
his little league play off, my big son's team had an uncharacteristic day
in the Majors playoff. Their ace pitcher surrendered 10 runs in 4 1/3 of
innings to lose the series opener.
What it means is when they both play again on Thursday, June 6th, they both
need to win to survive: a loss would mean elimination.
Since I watched my little son's game on Tuesday, this time I watched my big
son, MM's game.

. Somehow both my son's team have their ace pitcher available, and opponents
don't.
The long and hard battle never materialized. CC's team won on just 3 1/2
innings, 15:3, on the 10-run mercy rule (after 4 innings, if a team has 10
run or more lead, the game ends).
For MM's team, it was just slightly longer. In the bottom of 4th inning,
with a score of 11:2, they only need to score 1 more run to walk off (again
