原来朝鲜语里没有L这个字母，只有R，李就是RI，听起来和汉语的李类似(日语应该是
没有R这个音，所有R都发成L，report读成leport)
但南北韩发音有区别，北方硬，南方软，南方常把R弱化或漏掉，因此RI就变成了I，写
出来就是YI。因此都是姓李的，写成英文就好几样。
对于老家伙们，南韩统一把李写成YI，如
太祖李成桂 Yi Seong-gye
李舜臣 Yi Sun-shin
李承晩 Yi Seungman (老式写法RHEE)
而现代南韩人，大概是为了和国际接轨，统一用LEE这个世界名牌表示李(尽管朝鲜语里
就没有L这个字母，当然写成韩语还是YI没变)。如

李孝利 Lee Hyolee
李多海 Lee Da Hye
而北韩拒绝崇洋媚外，还坚持用RI代表李， 如

发帖数: 110 | 9 目前住在纽约Westchester郡的某小镇上，漂亮安静且诸事方便（除了购买亚洲食品）
，无奈房子太老不隔音，而且布局不适合居住。
恰好有认识的人打算出售Fort Lee的一个高层co-op，装潢还可以的2B2B，要价180k。
在Fort Lee转悠了一下，初步感觉：
1. 很多亚洲餐馆，这一点我很喜欢。
2. 街道比较脏，很多地方可见垃圾。
3. 马路很宽车子很多。
4. 好多韩国人……（这点倒是不是很有所谓，至少有韩国餐和H-Mart）
房子本身我很喜欢，要价我也觉得……还行（毕竟是高层的，景色和隔音都比较好）。
学区听说还可以，不过没有小孩所以不是很在意。（有那么多亚裔小孩的学区大概应该
不会太差？）
除了市容的差距，目前让我最纠结的是如何用公交去曼哈顿中城。（个人有驾照，但也
有马路杀手潜质。）我目前在纽约习惯坐火车，一般来说舒适而且准时。我知道Fort
Lee有一套bus系统，但不知道是否准时可靠（特别是在冬天下雪的时候）。
一不小心啰嗦了这么多……如果有哪位熟悉Fort Lee愿意分享一下信息，不胜感谢。:) |

领居住地区，房子升值空间有限。 如果比较SECAUCUS和FORT LEE当然在FORT LEE 买房

发帖数: 197 | 19 和牛狗的比赛到了最后5分钟的时候,给了Lee一个特写,他可能是全LSU唯一一个在这样
的时刻里还是那样失落的人了.我一直觉得他的实力比Jefferson强很多,他的传球技术
明显比Jefferson高了不止一个档次,而且他在今年初的头几场比赛也表现出了自己跑球
的能力,但是就是因为对大象的比赛两个interception被打入冷宫.最后简直是被羞辱地
上去搞了一个Quarterback kneel. Les Mile对他真是太不公平了.
LSU今天创造出了一个前无古人估计也后无来者的记录,在决赛的头半场居然一个first
down都没有,一共只前进了12yard,无论从那个方面来说,quarterback绝对有问题.象牛

externship program星期一就要迎接第一批学员，我到现在还有点不可置信。
1个多月前，Dr.Lee要在我所在的地方开设hospice， 他找到我，希望我能帮他cover他
的hospice， 我参观了他一个正在运营的hospice， 一个externship的念头油然而生，
我们一下子一拍即合。 韩国人的爽快和效率让人敬佩，随着进一步交往，我认识到，
Dr.Lee是孙中山的崇拜者， 他的理想是帮助我们CMG的一个重要原因。
刚刚收到他助手的email，星期天晚上Dr.Lee要在餐馆设宴为第一批学员洗尘。 希望大
家能吃好谈好，放松对未来老师的戒备， 呵呵。 长久以来，纽约的ACAP和其他一些
华人医生组织为CMG进入residency做出了重要贡献， 我真心希望Dr.Lee的这个program

每股, 但是最近跌过了0.88的支撑, 所以有点想法. LEE的问题是明年到期的10亿美元
的贷款, 现在的下跌是大家不知道能不能解决这个债务问题. 但是LEE有充足的现金流,
而且在持续稳定的偿还贷款, 所以还是有点想头. |

堡了。 去Fort Lee吃了一次豆腐觉得那里环境好很多，初中高中也比Forest Hills好
很多， 虽然比Great Neck还差一个级别， 但是房子新/漂亮太多了也认了。 未来盖个
Shopping Mall可能会有质变。
现在在Midtown East曼哈顿上班将来可能会去Downtown所以想在Fort Lee找一个上班快
的地方。 我星期六实地考察从42街坐巴士156足足快小时才到， 几乎放弃这个地方了
。 没想到回来的时候158居然不到半个小时就到了， 怎么差这么多？
154/156/158/159住哪条线比较快？ 是不是158和159比156好很多?
住在Fort Lee下方坐159去Manhattan快， 还是找靠近GWB的楼坐沿河158或者巴士过GWB
转地铁比较好？

最近在FORT LEE附近的MITZUWA看到陈姓师傅的的广告。 男士10元，女士15。侥幸去试
了一下，效果不错，而且很方便，与小苏州近在咫尺。 陈师傅的手艺得到LD的认可，
与唐人街30刀的无区别。 特此推荐。
师傅是上海人，搞音乐的，晚上在家搞副业，有剪发执照。地点离小苏州很近，下班后
